Horrible insurance company! One of their customers was turning left while I was going straight and had the right of way. He hit me. The damage to my car was $2100, the insurance company claimed it could be fixed in $800. Even after showing them quotes from 3 different body shops, they refused to pay and found me 40% at fault, like what the wtf? For a while I kept trying to get them to pay, they refused to respond to any phone calls and emails. I'm pretty sure they're behaving illegally. God help you if you have to deal with this insurance company. Just terrible!
