Came in to this restaurant at opening.. The restaurant was not prepared for opening. The person at the counter got out 3 tortillas and warmed them up just to have them set there for 20 minutes while the rest of the food was being prepared for opening. I had to wait for the cauliflower rice to be made or prepared, I had to wait for the onions and peppers to be heated or cooked.. the 30 minute wait for 3 monster low carb burritos for 60 bucks is really not ok. The food was cold when I made it back to our office, and this mornings visit to this restaurant will be our last. The food was not worth the amount we paid and it was cold to top it off. The quality of their food has declined!!!!I do not Recommend anything from this establishment!

It seems this place is chronically understaffed. Order online, show up 5 minutes after the scheduled time to give extra time to finish and yet still… told it will be a 10-15 minute wait because they are understaffed.

Went in last week, employee working the line was clearly sick, wearing a mask, coughing while handling my food, also had long hair and beard not secured in a net. A week later, I’m sick with a respiratory infection, extremely disappointing to see such inconsiderate management disregard safety of customers because they can’t figure out a schedule, won’t be back.

Have waited in line for almost 30-35 minutes… there are 3 staff working and two of them are busy with online orders. There are about 15 people waiting in line… everyone is frustrated as they are already in the line and cannot go anywhere else.

We have visited 5 or 6 freebirds around the dfw area,I would give them all a 5 star except the Addison location. bro in a mask was irritated just being there to begin with. I ordered a large side of chicken and he did not like that... so this is what I got, a half full container. Bro was so unhappy, it wasn't worth the time to complain. I was really shocked by the two fellas attitude of "Meh, I don't really care, here's a little chicken." Picked up more chicken from Liberty burger on the way home.

The only reason this place gets five (5) stars ⭐ is because they don't have a hundred (100) option, This guy Jackson is by far one of the best customer service oriented, joyful,all around happy people that I met in a long time, and this Everytime I go in there, which is often because their food is GREAT, if You want a GREAT meal and a ray of sunshine ?in your life, make your way to Addison Texas ?? I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. As someone who genuinely enjoys Freebirds food, I had high hopes, but unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. It was my first time at this location, and despite placing my order for a regular chicken bowl with chips and queso during dinner hours, the staff didn't even start preparing it when I arrived, almost 5 minutes after the designated pickup time. To make matters worse, when I got home I discovered that the chips I had paid for were missing.But the real frustration came when I opened my chicken bowl and found a shockingly small amount of chicken. I counted only six pieces! Seeking resolution, I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. However, the manager I spoke to was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concerns, they dismissively told me, “I find it hard to believe you only got 6 pieces of chicken, but you can bring it back in, and we can give you more chicken.” Before I could utter a word, the manager abruptly hung up the phone on me. In disbelief, I called back to inquire about the manager's name, but the person on the other end hung up on me once again.Such poor customer service and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve the quality of service and address the rudeness of their staff. As a customer, I expected better, and I will reconsider my future visits to this location.
