Called parts department about 35 minutes before they closed(I live not even 3 minutes away) to get a mirror that I desperately needed. Some guy in a different department, not the one I pressed to get to, said that parts are just about closed for the day and will reopen the next day at 7am and to call back. After not being able to do anything further, I hung up. Cause it right? And while you're at it, me too.

Bunch of idiots. Kyle Bettilyon and Mark Mingo (if those are their real names), keep sending me fake email print outs about how they have "tried" to contact me about my Traverse. You have never tried to call me so not only are you guys liars, this is a terrible marketing ploy. If you treat potential customers like this, can't imagine how your treat actual ones. If you can't sell cars by being honest, maybe you should get another job.

We were referred to this dealership by someone who work for them and it is the worst mistake we have ever made when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. We have a dang 2023 Buick Encore paying $653 a dang month, . My first mistake was trading my beautiful 2020 Mercedes and I blame myself and my spouse for that. We have not had this vehicle a year yet and the first time it had a nail in the tire my spouse took it in and when I say he was there all day after having made an appointment, literally he was there all day and they they told him after being there for hours that it was gonna be $300 for that tire and after approximately another hour the guy tells him he can’t find the tire. It was a mess. After all the stress we received the tire. Today was our second visit to get the service and here we go again they tell him it’s gonna be approximately $60 to have the tires rotated because it’s not included in servicing. I have never experienced any car lot such as this one. I am already looking to trade this vehicle, not only am I not happy with it, dealing with Freedom Chevrolet in Dallas is truly stressful. Oh yes one salesman phoned and offered to fill our tank if my spouse would drive back over, which was very kind of him to offer but , we didn’t except simply because we just don’t look forward to visit Freedom Ford until necessary. My husband was just recently released from being hospitalized for a week being very sick, he do not need this stress. Just so dissatisfied with Freedom Chevrolet, Dallas and this Buick vehicle.

I've been coming to Freedom Ed Morse since I purchased my vehicle in 2020 and I'm never disappointed with the service I'm given. The only thing I would even more appreciate is having a onsite vacuum and/or car wash service done after every service like other dealerships provide. Also, Sharene always provides friendly, and professional service. She very courteous and personable with her customers. My expectations are always exceeded from the start of my service. Everyone is so nice and polite.

Where is the beginning with Mr. Darrell Brown he was phenomenal and working the deal and making sure I was taken care of and then the dealership came back and said we have worked the deal for you. Just want to stay. I will recommend this dealership all of my family and they were. excellent .

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!They will hold your vehicle hostage while they try to steal thousands of dollars from you.I broke down in the area while on a road trip, and on top of being incredibly slow, incompetent, and a reluctant to respond, they were trying to price gouge the living hell out of me.They wanted almost $10,000 for a job that a mechanic just three miles north (Dallas Auto Service — would strongly recommend) did for $1700. Thank god I called around and didn’t get ripped off for an extra $8,700.Furthermore, they tried to employ every tactic in the book, including fear mongering, to get me to have the work done there.No thanks.Places like this are why the term “Stealerships” exist. Hope there’s a special place in hell for their kind.

This place is excellent! From the time I dropped off my vehicle till the time I left, I had a wonderful experience. Brandon, my service advisor, kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and all the other employees were sooo nice and helpful. I was totally shocked because since COVID I thought good customer service was a thing of the past but I was impressed. One of the service guys even helped me put my key back on my key ring because I didn’t want to damage my nails. This place exceeded my expectations. I will refer EVERYONE to this location. Thank you so much for making my day. (Perfect gentleman)

If I could give less than one star I would. 8 days to replace a compressor on my Cadillac SUV. Service advisor tried to finagle me out of almost $1000 by telling me my warranty would not cover cost of parts. That is not the case. My warranty ships genuine GM parts that they get for considerably less than service department wanted to charge and they can accept ship parts and complete service. I got half truths and excuses and a bunch of wasted time. This used to be my preferred service go to. I will never go there again. Dishonest. Rude. Sketchy practices. Only after I threatened this review, a higher up called to try to make this right. Too late. I’m done. Even after concessions they made a profit. I’m out $105 per day for rental because they don’t have loaners. And sorry. Way too little, way too late. I’ll take my business and loyalty where it is appreciated. In addition the only time I got updates is when I called. And on one day I was actually told that nothing has been done because a service tech was out sick. Are you kidding me? One tech shuts down everything in service??? Truly astonishing. It’s no wonder we can’t have anything nice in this area. Shameful.

I recently purchased a SUV and I have had to take it back to Freedom for exact same thing TWICE....all my dashboard lights come on when I am at a stop. I haven't had this vehicle 2 months yet and I am already having problems. What to do???

I went in just a few hours before closing because I couldn’t turn the car off. I kept getting message, Shift to park, and was worried that they wouldn’t get to finish fixing the problem in time but your service department found the problem right away. They replaced the part and my car was ready to go in less than two hours! Thanks for your excellent and efficient staff. Thanks also to my service advisor, Esmeralda Rico, for always doing her best to help her customers!

I had probably the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I showed up to my appointment on time, and spent almost 3hrs there for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Not only did I get charged for a V8 oil change (I have the 2.7L turbo) which is wrong forcing me to worry that I had too much oil, and possibly the wrong oil. This forced me to have to pull over and check my oil level to make sure they didn’t mess up. But I also got charged for an inspection that they did not perform. I will likely never make my way back to this dealership for any sort of service appointment and I suggest that no one else does as well. And to top it all off I got a email 3 days after the appointment stating that I missed my appointment.

I made an appointment for 8am and didn't leave your facility until 10:35. It's ridiculous I had to wait this long for an oil change. Once I ask for status, I'm being told my truck is done, and I need to wait for the paperwork. Why does this take another 20 minutes. This process should have been completed when my truck was finished. The representative tells me I need to wait while the girls have breakfast. There is no respect for other people's time. I pay more money to have my oil change done at the dealership. The service should be better.

This place wasted 2 days of me and my daughter time. We were given an offer and was told to come back 2 days later to finalized the paperwork and we did only to get lied to and treated with no respect and they changed the original agreement. The salesman by the name of Cross by far was the worst. The customer service was awful and there was no empathy or compassion for our feelings or time. The men in the office that calls the bank to see what you get approved for were posted up in the office on their cell phones without a care in the world. I was explaining what we were told and another salesman was with me who heard the agreement, by the way they had him doing all the dirty work he was the only one that was trying. But it was nothing he could do. No one cared! Once I said I was giving a bad review they began looking like what did I do. The answer was NOTHING! That was the problem. The assistant manager called me to apologize only because I complained to the GM Kyle, but we were gone and the damage was already done. The GM Kyle is a nice guy but the Management and salesman under him are absolutely the worst!!!We will never go back to this place or recommend to anyone. The worst customer service at a dealership.
