Very professional and kind staff! I went in trying to get my shield cover replaced and it was 3:30. They could’ve easily told me no but a kind gentleman ( Andre Stripling/ Assistant Service Manager ) came in and said they can do it under an hour! God bless you, Andre!! I got my car fixed up and I have no further issues! DEFINITELY recommend coming here and will be back soon for anything I need for my Honda-Civic! ??

Jeff at Honda was the BEST tech and made our experience so easy for us. He was so easy to communicate with and made our situation better, because believe me, it was soooo complicated. . He kept in touch the entire time and I would give him 10 starts if I could.

This location is so convenient for me and they do great work. The shuttle and Lyft services are awesome. They always make everything convenient for the customer. Jeff, service account rep, was friendly and thorough.

I had a great experience with the parts department. Paul Espinoza was incredibly helpful with my hunt for a back order part. I'm from NC and needed an upper control arm that was not available to me locally and he got it to me next day. I wish these guys were local to me because I'd love to order all my Honda parts from them!

This dealership has given me the run around on some work that was negotiated when I bought my car in May. It is now November. The initial reason for not doing the work was because the parts were on order. Nearly 2 months later I came back to the dealership and still no parts and was referred to a technician who would be handling it. I called the technician weeks later and no answer or call back. I later found out he doesn’t work there anymore. When I took my car in for an oil change I inquired about the work again. After talking to the service department and the sales rep I was given an appointment on 11/11. When I brought my car in I was told the tech that did that work wasn’t in that day and I needed to bring it the following Saturday 11/18 and I was told if I brought my car in at 7:00 I would have my car back by 11:00. I was told that part of the kit was in but there was a part that was needed and it would be in on 11/11. When I brought my car in on 11/18 I was told the tech wouldn’t be in until 9 and the work would be 4-5 hours because there were other cars ahead of me. I spoke with the manager and he said it would be 2 hrs vice 4-5 hours. I asked for a ride home and he said he could give me a ride home but couldn’t come back to get me and asked if I there was someone that could bring me back because the driver had to pick someone up near the airport. Yet he told me they only give rides in a 10 mile radius. After waiting about 15 minutes for the driver, we were sitting in the car preparing to leave when the manager stopped us and said the part was not in and it was supposed to have been done in a week ago. And he wouldn’t be able to find out about the part until Monday. It is now 6 months later and the work still isn’t being on my car. Work that was negotiated in the price of my loan. I have come to this dealership and called several times, only to be told that someone would call me back each time. No one ever calls me back. I always call them back or go to the dealership. At this point I believe Freeman Honda is taking advantage of the fact that I am a single woman. I truly believe that if I were a man this situation would’ve been handled differently and I would not be dealing with this issue 6 months later. I have been nothing less than patient and understanding, yet I am still trying to get work done on my car with no real definite answers. Just given the runaround. I love my car but I am truly disappointed in this dealership.

I had a GREAT experience at Freeman Honda car dealership! Mr. Travis was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the SUV I wanted! Not only did I drive off with a remarkable SUV, I left feeling like a Queen!! Thank you Freeman Honda for having such a wonderful employee! We will definitely be back for another purchase!! Highly recommend Freeman Honda, make sure you ask for Travis Mitchell! It was definitely an Awesome experience!!!!

My Honda has a recall. No big deal. Read on for the ACTUAL big deal: I called Freeman Honda to schedule service. I booked an appointment for 8:30am Thursday October 12th. I asked how long it would take and was told about 90 minutes. My check engine light is also on and I asked if I could have that diagnosed at the same time. I was told it takes three days for a diagnosis. (literally how?) Knowing that there's no way they are actively working on my car for three consecutive days for just a diagnosis, I declined and only scheduled the recall appointment.I took time off work and picked the time that works for me - as one does when scheduling an appointment.I arrive at 8:35am and it was almost as if the entire appointment system is just for looks. I was told there are four cars ahead of me (how? I have an appointment?) and that each car is there for the same recall AND the recall takes 4-6 hours to complete. Not 90 minutes. So it would take the entire day before they could start on my car (again, why? I have an appointment) and once they start on my car it would take another 4-6 hours for it to be complete.I have kids, a job, and other responsibilities (as most people do - which is why they schedule appointments). I cannot stay there all day or leave my car overnight - especially since the dealership did not have any loaner vehicles. So I immediately had to drive the hour right back home. I had now wasted 2.5 hours of my day because of this poorly managed service center. My vehicle still has an open recall on it (and yes, this recall matters because it is the reason the camera, dvd player, and audio frequently disconnect). I'd love to schedule an appointment and get these things taken care of - but I cannot schedule for one time and show up to a 1-2 day wait for what was originally claimed as a 90 minute repair.This experience has made me incredibly hesitant to ever purchase another Honda since this is the only service center near me.

Service was great. Took an hour longer than expected., but that was ok. They did work on my fuel system,$299. They did an oil change. On the receipt they charged me $80 & I had a coupon for $39.95. So you owe me $40. Also I didn't get the page where it shows they checked my fluids & tires which I always liked to check if I needed something. Overall your service center is always great.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Zero stars!!!! I was shopping an internet deal that I had in hand for a 2023 Accord EX with leather. I have what is considered excellent credit, an amazing credit history and money to put down. First they came back higher than the deal I had in hand so I said no thank you and was going to go about my business; but then I spoke to a different sales person, they then promised to meet the same deal on a 2024 instead of a 2023 at the same apr of 4.9%. So, I happily put a deposit down on the car, the following business day the sales/ finance person came back and refused to deliver on the initial promise of 4.9%, I told them to wait until I had shopped the deal before doing anything. They did not wait for me to give them a go ahead and now they are coming at me, saying they will keep my deposit if I choose to buy else where, because they went ahead and put leather in the car. But I never signed a finance contract and I never Gave them the go ahead to put leather in the car. The only thing I did was put a deposit down to hold the car with the 4.9% APR they now refuse to uphold..... Thankfully I have the entire transaction and conversation in writing, so I am not worried about getting my full deposit back. But to all future buyers, please be aware FREEMAN HONDA OF DALLAS does bad faith business dealings! They will lie and scheme and threaten you to get a car sold. Don't get screwed! If they are your only choice, do it all in writing!
