Welcome to “Un-Friendly” Chevrolet. From 2011–2016, this dealership truly earned the name Friendly. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.
In 2025, I purchased two used Chevy Trax vehicles and quickly realized the current team is focused on closing deals, not vehicle condition or customer care. Buyers are told with confidence that everything has been checked and is “good to go,” which simply wasn’t true. Just two months after purchase, a routine oil change revealed overdue coolant replacement and a recommended transmission flush—maintenance that should have been done before selling the vehicle, especially since it already had over 30k miles.
When I contacted the service department, the staff was friendly until there was an issue. After that, responses were short, calls were abruptly cut off, and I was repeatedly told that managers were on vacation. I was directed to Corwyn, who said it was a sales issue and transferred me to sales. During that call, I was abruptly transferred to Mark’s voicemail without any explanation. I later learned Mark and Scott are managers, but after leaving voicemails, I never received a response.
To make matters worse, every time I called, they couldn’t locate my vehicle under my phone number and claimed it could only be updated by accounting—which was also “on vacation.”
I wouldn’t have written this review if I didn’t have a long history with this dealership. In the past, Friendly Chevrolet went out of their way to make things right and made customers feel valued. That culture is gone. Today, it feels like just another car lot pushing vehicles out the door, regardless of condition or follow-up support.
If you buy from a reputable dealership, you shouldn’t have to worry about basic maintenance or functionality just months after purchase. I’m not saying don’t buy here—but if you’re not someone who inspects every inch of a vehicle yourself, you may want to take your money somewhere that still values quality, accountability, and respect because Friendly Chevrolet isn’t so friendly anymore. 💔

I have called them more than 20 times during a day was trying to reach a sales manager and have never been connected with anybody. Their sales representatives are disrespectfull, they behave like rude with me, it was really cheerfull for them just keep transfering me to the random extensions with no reason for that. Terrible place

I made a review a couple days ago regarding how I made a phone deal with this dealership and was on my way with a check to purchase a truck for my son who is in the military and the truck got sold from underneath us. Today I am write a new review to let you all know that Bassil with Friendly Chevrolet reached out to me and made things right. They located an identical truck. Transferred it to their dealership and my son was able to purchase it yesterday. Thank you to Basil and his team for making things right! I really do appreciate it and will be back again.
