Frontgate Preston Royal is a fantastic retail store with a luxurious atmosphere and a fun showroom to walk around. The store has many items to see in person, which is helpful for large purchases like patio sets and furniture. The products are beautiful, high-quality, and exactly as described, including unique holiday decorations for Halloween and Christmas. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and patient, providing excellent in-store help and seamless support with lightning-fast responses and genuine care. The customer service is top-notch and incredible, making the overall experience great and mind-blowing.

We found the store very helpful! We purchased a patio set and seeing the items in person really made a difference for such a large purchase. The in-store help was excellent and Jennifer did a wonderful job of following up and assisting with our order.
