It’s a real shame that it’s come to the point where I actually need to make a bad review of this location to perhaps see some improvements. I go here almost once a week because it’s close to my home. But I frequent the Carrollton location multiple times a week, kudos to the Carrollton crew. They are great and quick.
On the other hand this location in SLOW, like others things take way too long at this location. Every time I go I’m in there for at least fifteen minutes, and there is no line. The staff needs to be retrained or something because they just conduct themselves at a glacial pace. It’s so frustrating. Also at one point the banker was just gossiping with a guest while I proceeded to wait there for ten minutes while the other banker took care of someone. Of course since they are always slow it took me thirty minutes that time to get a cashier’s check. Frost is known for their great customer service and proudly market that but THIS LOCATION IS NOT IT.

This location is always SO SLOW when i come by, it could be for the simplest transaction and it will take 30+ minutes to complete. As we speak I have been sitting at the window for 20 minutes for a simple deposit, it’s honestly ridiculous.

Unfortunately I'm going to start off low and hope they figure out what they did wrong. This bank was so highly recommended by a broker friend to do my HELOC so I leaped into the application. I'm a great client - has every peace of paperwork at my fingertips and loaded up months of docs. Excellent (truly) credit and amazing DTI, LTV (ok so I work in the industry and know the lingo) So a week goes by and I don't hear back. So I call and they answer rather promptly that it's taking some time but that usually 4-6 weeks to process. I think that's waaaay too long, but let go for it. Another week goes by and I hear nothing. Suddenly an email - you need an appraisal is that ok? I say yes. Another week goes by Suddenly an email. - are you sure you want to do this it'll be 6-8 weeks processing. I ask to have a manager call me. .... And radio silence. So.... Let's see how long before I get a response. At this rate 8 weeks will likely be 10; my docs will all need to be refreshed; the rate lock if there is such a think will be expired - and I'll be without the HELOC. So chances are by tomorrow going to call another bank. Sorry guys, but it's not reasonable to have clients wait 10 weeks when other banks are talking about 15 DAYS.

I received a call today from Priya asking if I was happy with my Service since my account was fairly new. I told Priya I was not because I was using my ATM card at a CVS ATM and was still being charged a fee even though the ATM is in your network. I asked that an audit be done on my account and that I be credited for the fees that were not valid. I was advised to call Customer Service. I told her that this is something she should be able to assist with. She said sorry for the inconvenience and that was the end of the call. I opened the account because I wanted the service from a local bank but as you can see did not receive that at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went into open an account and was told we don’t open accounts here. Maybe they could open one up for you at a different bank over in Park cities 5 miles away.

Cold service, waited in line for 15 minutes just for a teller to let another customer skipped in front of me , ended up leaving and going through drive thru service. Not a good 2022 start.

Opened a account here 1 month ago. I own my own sprinkler company and a racist lady named Alphia Washington called and said because I had 6 zelle transactions in 1 month she wasnt comfortable with having me as a client. So they closed my account and didnt say anything to me.

I met a young lady by the name of Aviana G. She greeted me respectfully and remained professional. I believe Frost bank informed me that she was a student intern from Cristo Rey Dallas. I was astonished and impressed on the professionalism she expressed. It made my day knowing our future generation is in good hands!

This bank is amazing, the customer service is phenomenal and you are treated like you're their only client. They go above and beyond everytime. Refreshing change vs the big boys! Give it try and you won't be disappointed.
