I stopped by this Frost Bank location on a Thursday morning around 10 AM because their ATM was down. I even told the staff right away, “Your ATM isn’t working and I don’t have an account here,” and instead of trying to turn that into a positive experience or offer to open an account, I got no effort at all to help or welcome me. For a regional bank that needs organic growth, you’d think customer service would be a priority — but the service here felt cold and indifferent.
If this is how they treat someone walking through the door, I can see why their stock is down. Poor experience overall, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Really disappointed in the lack of customer service from this location. I came in and saw that the two tellers were assisting other guests, no problem. One teller greeted me. It was taking them a while to finish with the guests they were assisting so I took a seat in the lounge and figured I would wait for them to assist me. I waited about 10 more minutes and I heard the teller that greeted me initially take a phone call once her client left… again, no problem. After getting off the phone she proceeded to assist another guest (caucasian) that had come in after me… No this is a problem for me. She didn’t make an effort to say “I’m sorry sir there was another person waiting before you…” nothing. I then got up and proceeded to leave. My law firm has been banking Frost for years and I didn’t think that they would allow poor service like this. Extremely disappointed.

Really disappointed. This branch was ready to go and had no problem opening accounts or taking direct deposits, but then deactivated a debit card while I'm away from home leaving me essentially stranded. One error, no big deal, except...
Fast forward another month, nearly same error in another city. Twice is an issue. I gave up on having a debit card with them.
Now today, I can't use electronic checks. Their staff and app says I have five figures on my checking account, but they can't tell me why Amazon, Hilton, etc trip fraud alerts so I can't use my own money.
I tried contacting customer no service via their app and phone to be told management would be in contact.
Tick tock, tick tock...no calls.
All ears on next bank relationship folks.

Walnut Hill Frost Bank hours are bad. They are closed when I am not working and open when I am working so I can never use this bank. You would think a business would be open before or after normal hours in which their business or personal customer was not open or working. They are not even open on Saturday.

I have BoA accounts, personal and business, but decided to open a Frost business account for my new business.I'm glad I did!Rachel assisted me and my co-owner in the process. She was wonderful, courteous and kind.Took about an hour to establish our new account. Could probably have been faster but our conversation with Rachel was friendly and enjoyable.There were no other customers that I saw while we were there, FWIW. Unlike BoA which is consistently understaffed, Frost seems to have staff ready to help.VERY CLASSY and professional place.

Opened a account here 1 month ago. I own my own sprinkler company and a racist lady named Alphia Washington called and said because I had 6 zelle transactions in 1 month she wasnt comfortable with having me as a client. So they closed my account and didnt say anything to me.

This branch is wonderful! Super helpful and friendly staff, and excellent service. Not even our regular branch, and one of the managers gave my daughter a frost piggy bank when we came in today. I might start going out of the way to come to this branch! Exceptional service, as always with Frost.
