I am been very generous to give a one star review. If i could give a minus five, i would gladly do.Was at the bank, the doors were closed on a supposed business hour. They directed me use the drive thru access. I decided to walk to the drive thru to be service but my service was declined, the lady by name Gricelda told me i could not be attended to if i dont have a car. I had to walk back to the parking lot to get my car and drove to the supposed drive thru point. She attended to me but asked me why i was making a deposit into an account domiciled in Lewisville. She said i should be making the deposit in Lewisville not at her location in dallas. She claimed she was protecting the bank customers. I was like, I came here to make a deposit into your customer account not making a withdrawal. How was that a threat to the account owner. I regard the whole scenario that Saturday morning at about 10:45 am as racial profiling. That was the poorest service i have ever received in any bank in the globe in my life. I will not having anything with frost bank again and also try as much as i can to discourage people not to use frost bank.
