“I recently had the opportunity to work with Family First. I can say my experience with you all was AMAZING to say the least. I entrusted my Big Brothers services to them, from the first day we met, you all made us feel like family! DJ, Emily, and the reast of the team took amazing care with my brother. They catered to every question, concern, small, and big favors. Thank you for any amazing job. On behalf of my mother, my siblings, and our friends and family. Jerry looked amazing!!! Thank you for making this transition easy for us.”

“BUSINESS HIGHLIGHT:
TRI FOUR FUNERAL HOME
On April 6th, my high school sweetheart, my wife for over 51 years, mother of our three outstanding children, and MiMi to our two grandchildren, Sylvia Clark, took her last breath on earth and stepped into eternity.
When you as a family are facing one of the most painful, confusing, chaotic, emotional, frustrating situations you will have to deal with in life. In these moments, you want and need to be surrounded by those who can bring calmness into a chaotic situation; those who you feel you can trust, because you know their character; those who have the experience to walk you and your family down a path you have never traveled before; and those who are professional and committed to excellence service.
Rick and Sandra Jordan, the owners of TRI FOUR FUNERAL HOME and their outstanding staff came to the aid and delivered the first class, quality service that our family desired and needed.
Yes, there are a lot of bigger funeral homes in DFW, but the TRI FOUR staff delivered BIG SERVICE, which is what a family really needs most during times like these. From the initial contact we made with them until the day of the Celebration of Life Service for my wife, they were very attentive and accommodating of our family needs and desires. They let us know that they were there to serve us!!
Their staff listened to our requests and desires, regarding the funeral arrangements. They provided us a detail plan and a detail cost breakdown, so there would not be any surprises at the end.
The plans we developed together were carried out with dignity, respect, care, compassion, and sensitivity in a way that honored the life and legacy of my wife.
If at some point in your life that your family is faced with the loss of someone dear and loved by you. If you want a company who will be there to bring calmness in the mist of a painful, chaotic, confusing, emotional time in your life, I encourage you to contact Rick and Sandra Jordan and the staff of TRI FOUR FUNERAL HOME. They are committed to delivering quality service to the families they serve.
They Delivered in a BIG WAY!!
Randy Clark and Family”
“During one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, Albert and his team treated us with incredible kindness, compassion, and respect. Every interaction was handled with genuine care. They were patient, gentle, and always took the time to offer their condolences in a way that felt sincere rather than routine.
What stood out most was their awareness of what we were going through. We never felt rushed or like just another family. They anticipated our needs, answered every question with understanding, and made an incredibly difficult process feel just a little bit easier. Those small acts of kindness and attention to detail meant more than they probably realize, and our family will always be grateful.”
