First time coming and my last. I called ahead to make sure they were open 20 mins before closing. Christopher told me he closing up and the computer shut down already. I go anyway and when I get they has a nasty attitude, and the lies and attitude is enough for me to never come back.

Everytime I went this past week at 6 or 7 and call ahead just to make sure is open, and when I get there they close it up. I see them inside and try to ask but I get ignored all the time. Others were telling me outside they have the Same issue. This is the main gamestop by walmart.

My experience at this location was fantastic. You have a choice of picking "New" or "Used" gaming systems or choosing "New" or " Used" game's. There are so many options that's available for you or your kid's, you can also get a warranty on the game's or gaming systems. The staff that work at Game Stop always have great costumer service, and very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise in the store. I always come to Game Stop for early releases on games. But if you decide to go to another Game Stop you'll get the same great costumer service at any Game Stop around the Metro Plex. So stop by an get more knowledge about your Gaming Adventures at Game Stop.

George and Denny helped me trade in series X last Saturday. They did a great job and were fun to talk to. I've been going to this store for 20 years, so I've seen the good and bad. Right now, they are great!

Used to work here, and was fired becuase money was missing and they blamed it on me. The store is filthy, there's a BIG roach infestation in the back in the console room and they are in EVERY console. There is constant missing inventory- and the customer service is horrible. The only one there that was cool was Jorge. But overall GO TO ANOTHER GAMESTOP!!!!!

I went in there to buy a brand new switch game. I'll get the game. I didn't realize it till I got in the car. He sells me a new open game. I say I'm supposed to get a sealed new game, not something open. If it's open, it's supposed to be a used game. He tells me it is a new game I'm like it's not sealed
