This is ridiculous. I was trying to order online for this location and the store hours showed they open at 10:00am. The gamestop website nor the gamestop app allowed me to place a order online. So I call Corporate and they wasn't able to help me. I said maybe because they are close I can't place a pickup order. I waited to 10am and I still couldn't do it. I drove up there and the hours listed is 11am. Now I have to wait a hour to get two games that I saw were available in store at this location. I order it online and I try using Apple Pay. It went through. I assume that I can easily get my things once they open. I get to the door at 11:00 the door is locked. I pull the door and the guy finally unlocked the door. I say to him you all hours shows 10 online corp needs to be made aware of it. He said its google, I said no on the gamestop app it shows 10:00am. He said oh. I told him I was picking up my order, he said when did you place it. I said in the car since you all was not open yet. He said they haven't put it in my system yet. I said I don't understand. He said in order for me to fill your order it has to be in my system. I said that doesn't make sense that its not already there. I'm thinking to myself, If I can order food while I am in the drive thru and get it at the window why does it take long to get my order from a store who has the products that I need. It didnt make sense. I waisted a whole hr already because the app shows they open at 10am. I couldn't leave with my order because of a computer system. I told him, I will call corp. I have called corp.

The store needs to open on time. It's supposed to open at noon on Sunday they're still not open at 12:15 and I've watched 3 customers walk away

The employees at this store are so rude it baffles me. These guys work at a game store but act like they’re being forced to pick up trash on the highway. There is a desperate need for training on how to handle customer interaction and probably just human interaction in general. I don’t often write a review this low but the staff is invariably unfriendly. I would rather drive several more miles to shop at another store than spend any more money at this location.

I know GameStop gets a bad rap and all but this will be my last pre-order from this particular store ( or cancel and buy elsewhere). For the Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, they never told us to get a yellow sticker at all. My sister called the store and the employee that answered stated that they were giving tickets out but did not specify that we had to come get a ticket and a yellow sticker on the receipt. They decided to do a "10 PM" release and one of the guys who was there ( I think the manager) decided to tell us that we couldn't get the game at all if we didn't get a yellow sticker. This is a huge slap to the face since I pre ordered in February only to get told this at all. Lost about two hours of my time. This store was decent a year ago and never had issues and its as if they flipped a switch and went downhill. I would avoid this GameStop at all costs.

Front desk guy tried to scam me for the Free Promo Lechonk Card saying I have to spend $25 in order to get one LOL. I called my other local store on Illinois and got my free one as advertised through Pokémon.
