I went to this location today around 4:30 , when I walked in the two people greeted me. I than asked them if they had a Ps5 the lady proceeded to tell me that they do and which one they had so I took a moment to ask my boyfriend if that’s the one he wanted ( he was on the phone ) so I returned back to the register and let her know that I wanted it. The dude Zack told me she would get me I was initially talking with him but he told me she could answer all my questions. Another lady than walked in while I was standing at the register letting them know that I want it and their focus immediately went to her. Zack than told me he could get me cause he back on the clock lol within 1 min. So I proceeded to tell him that I wanted to split my payments up because of course me and my boyfriend going half. I made my first payment than went to make the second payment with my card the first payment was tap. I pulled my card out he didn’t even ask me if it was debit or credit card I proceeded to add my card in and he went to stop me so fast like oh that’s a credit card I need to see ID he now has my card in his hand looking at it after I already told him it’s a debit card. I work hard for my money literally paid 500 for an game system and was being discriminated on in the process I’ll never return to this location yall gave me the worse customer service really hurt my feelings really felt like he was trying to find a reason to not sell me my game. He felt defeated handing me my bag with my receipt in it!

Drove across Dallas on two different occasions only for the shop to be closed midday, note on door stating returning in 90 minutes. Incredibly frustrating, a waste of time and gas. 0 stars. Not trying for a third time.

I placed an order online for a refurbished PlayStation. I received an email with my order number specifying I’d receive an email when it was ready for pick up. Instead I received an email saying my order was canceled AND I was charged twice for the item I never received. When I called the store they said they had no record of my order and were very short, rude and unhelpful. Would never place an order online for this store or visit in person. Worst customer service ever. Would give 0 starts if possible

The store was closed in the middle of the day with a sign that said be right back and nobody showed up for 15 minutes and I left. Other people were waiting outside too. I’m not sure if the store was understaffed and an emergency came up or the employee was pulling some shenanigans but it should be addressed regardless.

Cashier is nice but gamestop automatically adds $2 to your order for "warranty", noty it's a piece of plastic, scummy corporate behavior. Not coming back over this.

Was looking around for a console and found it. Was kinda mehh on the price but my friend talked me into it. So I drove here and was greeted by a guy very nice guy at that the store was very clean and organized. So I told the guy I had called in about a system and he went to grab it. But when asked to see it he like held it and showed it in his hands. I'm like.. uhhh guess I can't hold it. Can you turn it on? It turned on but now that I'm home the holding port for the system kinda wiggles when you set it down but then again idk much about the system. It probably does that? But I also didn't get the warranty. Womp womp. I'm not gonna return it. Just kind of a weird interaction. First time for everything.
