Not sure what's going on with this location but this is the third time in two weeks I've come to be greeted by the store being closed 2 hours before their listed time. Last 2 times I've come to find a "I'll be back" sign on the door just to sit around and wait for, you guessed it, the person to neve come back. Waited for an hour weekend before Christmas to get presents here for them to never reopen. Today is Tuesday, listed closing is 9 and guess what....

Don't bother with this location you'll place a pickup order with items worth over $500 just to get there for pickup and the store be closed 4hrs early without any signage up

I'd give negative stars if I could. Long story short, I'll never buy anything from gamestop again. And this particular store is to blame. Sold me a broken controller, and wouldn't take the return.I purchased a pre owned refurbished PS5 controller from gamestop online, this store was the closest one to have it. All the way across the metroplex for me. Finally make it home and it's broken, the thumbstick has me spinning in circles. Update doesn't work.Pissed, but I'll just take it back tomorrow. Phone rep says you have to take it to the same store to return. So today I walk in to return and they tell me we can't take defective items back, on this day only, for inventory reasons. In fact, they said no gamestop can take back defective items, on this sunday only. Tomorrow you can return. Now, I'm really pissed. This controller, that was only 10$ less than new has now cost me gas money for 2 back and forth trips and 2 afternoons.Out of curiosity, I call another gamestop. He says, I am not sure why they would say that. We can gladly help with your return. I go, it takes 2 mins and I'm out the door. NOW, I am to believe this store lied to me.So not only did the store sell me a BROKEN 60$ controller, refuse to help me return it the next day, but also lied to me. The most ridiculous waste of time. I'll never spend another cent at gamestop again.

Wonderful service, honest and knowledgeable, were even able to recommend another local store for assistance with something i mentioned needing help with. Had a game that didnt work n they swapped it for another found at same price no hassle. Very friendly, helped with every little question i threw at them, which landed them some good sales and a regular customer, Thanks Fam'.. ("\_(=^×^=)_/")

Great store, great service, staff are very friendly, nice and always ready and willing to help. I bought my Ps 5 from this store and few months down the line it broke. Luckily I got a warranty on it so I went back there to get it replaced. It was a smooth process I got my new Ps 5 console back on no time. Anthony was very helpful with the whole process and it was such a great pleasure working with him. I will recommend this store 10/10 and anytime you go there ask for Anthony he will sure get you together. ??

These guys are legit. I come in every week, I’ve met 90% of their staff. They’re the perfect blend of helpful but not intrusive. Honestly my favorite GameStop in Dallas
