Georgina Ramos ext 3504This is for youI’m him. You wanted to replace a headset that I didn’t have on hand, nor could I ever taken a broken headset in as a defected. The best I could do was send you to somewhere else who had that specific headset. The man you talked to was not my manager. I had to put you in your place and you got delusional over something I have no control over. Please be logical next time or come to me in person so I can dish it out for you.
