HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN.. EVEN MY 10 YEAR OLD SON SAID THAT WE SHOULDVE GONE TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!! GUY LOOKS LIKE HE HATES HIS JOB, NEVER GREETED US. AND THEN I MENTIONED I CAME YESTERDAY ABOUT 40 MINS BEFORE CLOSING AND IT WAS CLOSED BUT SIGN WAS STILL ON.. HE JUST SAID "IDK I WASNT HERE YESTERDAY ".. he literally rushed us and even said I had to close 2 mins ago.. but still wasn't even 8 yet.. he just had bad attitude a d bad customer service.. go to different location instead

BIGGEST shout out To Raul at this gamestop their is no better game stop than his he has hands down best customer service and has outdone the Carrollton stores on Jose lane and Dallas parkway with his help I'm able to enjoy and be happy with the products I purchased thank so much Raul for the help

Showed up at 8:30 pm on Friday, October 6th. Hoping to drop 200 dollars on new 151 cards. Tall gentleman in the back with afro hair ignored us trying to come in. Open sign ILLUMINATED and hours posted of 9pm on the door and online.

Went in to buy a game console and the cashier told me I had to purchase a GameStop pro membership if I wanted to buy it. I told him no when I was checking out and he still added it to my transaction and charged me for it. I told him I didn’t want it and he said “my manager is making me add it to all transactions regardless if you say no.” This is predatory and shouldn’t be necessary. I decided to keep the membership instead of cancelling it in the 2 day timeframe given for cancellation. I tried using my points online and guess what. The account was NEVER registered. 1 hour later on the phone with GameStop customer service and they told me I would have to go back into the store to repurchase the membership and there was nothing they can do about it. HORRIBLE. I should’ve just gone next door to target or Walmart.

Didn't pick up the phone until 2 pm on a Sunday. I asked if they were doing an early release for a game and they just told me the release date plainly. I hung up the phone as soon as they started getting frustrated cause I've already called them so many times with no answer and I shouldn't have to explain to them what a midnight release is. Pretty much every other store in the city is doing one for this game, it's just this is the only one close by. Too nervous to take all my trade ins here though cause I actually do have some questions and I don't want to be rushed out of the store with less than I'm supposed to get. Guess I'm going to the one 15 minutes away cause of how little confidence I have in this store.
