The young lady working 5/22/25 at 1:50 P.M. was SOOOOO kind!! Absolutely knowledgable and so service friendly! Probably the best gamestop worker we've met to date!

Had to wait over an hour and 30 mins just to try and sell my Nintendo switch. Store is dirty and only had one person (who was the store manager) working. She was too occupied dealing with other things and was on the phone while she was “helping me”

I will not return to a Gamestop again, first they sell me a product that doesn't work for me and then they don't want to give me my money back or make an exchange, they sell you just for the sake of selling, their sellers are not trained so sooner or later they will go bankrupt

Twice in a row, I was sold faulty controllers. I then had to go to another GameStop, and the service there was even worse.
They convinced me to buy their Pro plan, which ended up costing me over $90 for a cheap controller. I could have gotten the same one for $45 on Amazon! The next day, I tried to return the controller and get a refund for the plan, but they refused because I'd already used a benefit. Which was $5 discount. Are you serious? ?Avoid them! Majority of their stuff can be purchased much cheaper at Amazon or BestBuy with price match.

Always helpful and good service. Today, Nate took care of me. It’s a quality store & good people who know what they’re doing and point you in the right direction. Shop at retail, not online! This GameStop is worth the drive.

Went here to return headphones and everything was fine with the guy checking me out but the guy behind him made me uncomfortable by asking me what i’m gonna use the money for, and asking why he’s refunding me what he did. I feel like it’s weird for an employee to ask a customer what they plan to spend the money on. Been here multiple times haven’t felt uncomfortable until now.

We moved here 6 months or so ago and we had to find a new game stop! The employees at this location are more than kind and very helpful! My kiddo and I love this store!
