First time and last time coming here. I was waiting in line around 1:15pm on a Saturday afternoon when a challenger owner was speaking to an employee at the front desk about his vehicle feeling different since his last visit. The owner was stating that his wheel had been shacking ever since his last visit here. He told the employee he took it to a tire shop and was advised his tires and wheels were fine it had something to do with what they fixed last at this shop. Then, after a couple of questions from the employee, they recommended for him to come back Monday - Friday as they were going to close at 2:00pm I turned around and walked out this place as fast as I could. I don't trust the place to have my vehicle worked on, and they showed no concern to the customer who paid them for their service.

I cannot express gratitude to Nestor and the entire crew at Gary's. I was told that my Pontiac Solstice had frame damage. I stopped in and Nestor looked at the pictures and said he did not believe it was frame damaged. Said since it is an older car, many assume there is frame damage. Turned out that the auto needed an alignment. The front right was way off. Alignment completed and the problem solved. This shop is honest and professional. If you want to be treated right and have things properly explained to you, GO HERE! What a relief!

Had my daughters 2003 Mercedes C230 sport coupe taken there After I spent 2 days replacing the 5 control arms (5 on each side L&R) on the rear & the 2 control arms & struts on the front (2 on each side + Strutts L&R). GREAT customer service!. Wrecker fee was reasonable: $150.00 Turned out It needed 2 (1 L & 1 R) rear Caster/Camber Camm'ed Thrust control arms (apparently? The kit I got from FCP Euro Didn't have the right components in it. FCP Refunded me 100% for the issue When I simply called to kindly give them a heads up on the matter not really complaining. But the front end alignment on my daughters car ended up costing me over $1000 which I found shocking & shockingly way above any reasonable person's expectations. I know Gary's been around for a long long time & the service is stellar but my God Gary?, a $1000 for an alignment on a 2003 Mercedes?. The Stealer-Dealer doesn't even charge that much!!!. I don't know what happened but this is/was ridiculous. Now? I've got ABS, SRS, and Brake-wear check engine lights coming on (everything is brand new on the ABS sensors, the SRS sensors, and the brake pads and sensors) & there was absolutely nothing of the sort "On" when I took the car over to them & I expect that if I would bring it back to them about all that? they would say it wasn't their fault. It only has 85,000 miles a 2003 Mercedes C230 with 85,000 miles.
