Horrible customer service. I took my working lawn mower for a tune up and they told me I needed a new one... I brought it home and performed the tune up myself and everything runs great. These people are only looking for big sales...

Excellent place to come to buy commercial lawn mowers. I came here to buy my father a birthday gift and found the perfect lawn mower. I recommend coming here and asking for manny, he was really helpful and knowledgeable. Manny was polite and even provided his phone number for my dad to have for any future questions about anything. By far best place to come for scag mowers. Came to two other places just to compare prices and their prices were WAY more expensive than Gasset. These two places I came to had a 2k difference in upcharge than Gasset Lawn Mowers for the scag I bought with them. When I asked at the other two places why so expensive and told them I just bought one for cheaper they were surprised and couldn’t believe it. Was a swift purchase.

I was having trouble installing the replacement head of my trimmer. Even though they do not carry my brand, Manny was able to change it out quickly with no problem. Always great service at Gassett's. Thank you!!

I got a new blower, weed eater, and trimmer. These guys helped me make decisions on which models were best for our scope of work. I will be coming back to get another mower soon! Great business right in our neighborhood.

Gassetts is one of the place that is really focused on the best customer experience. I have zero turn and had issues with it engaging the blades. I googled it and said I needed a the control module. Well I went to Gassetts and I asked the parts guy for advice. Parts guy asked how old is the battery? About 3 years old I replied. He suggested I replace the battery and go from there. Well I did and wow it fixed my issue. He could have said “I don’t know bring it in”, and charged me to diagnose it. That honesty shows there is still good people around.
