I highly recommend Cody, we had a great experience with him. He made the process of buying our first GMC Sierra very smoothly and explained to us everything we needed to know. Very good agency, the agents are very friendly and try to help you as much as they can. But the parts department leaves a lot to be desired. I have been there 4 times to help me recover the VIN sticker of my truck that was stolen. However, I leave my number and they say they will call me. This has been 3 weeks and the truth is. If I urgently need this to be resolved. I can no longer be wasting my time going to the agency and they can't help me

I went to this specific dealer and I wanted to buy a 2024 Canon and I decided ultimately I didn't want it and I asked for my 1,000$ deposit back but they said it was a "non refundable" deposit but in the paper it states it is for "custom made truck" in which I never build or ordered. Then they told me to "get the fuck out" and laughed at me! Then they threatened to trespass me because I wanted my money back. It is so unacceptable and unprofessional of them. They were so insistent on me signing many papers but I gladly didn't and my experience here was terrible. These two goofballs aren't professional at all and laughed at me

We went to pick up our truck from the services center. The employees were eating and continuing to eat until he finished then ask can I help you. They had the truck for over a week. We had to ask for it to be cleaned. And the truck still have the same problem 1500 dollars later.
I do not remand this GMC service center.
