This man is rude! my warranty company has assigned this man twice to fix my stove. They will most likely have to replace it but they needed this man to go out and check it out again just as company protocol. and he said he was nott going to "waste his time"

When you call this business you get an answering machine. after three attempts I got a call back from James who said: "This is James from Appliance Repair, find another service. This conversation is over. Have a nice day." I guess they don't need the business. With an attitude like that I can't imagine what the service is like. Save yourself the time, take James' advice. Find another service.

Our warranty company dispatched George's Services. The tech determined the washer could not be repaired. He stated that this issue generally occurs due to a washer being overfilled. We were clear that this was not the case and he could see the load in the dryer. It took numerous phone calls and over a week to obtain the report on the washer. The issue was not accurately reflected in the report and caused us to not be covered by the warranty company. We are very displeased with the poor level of service and inaccurate reporting of our issue. This is a company we will never allow to be assigned to us again.

An appointment was scheduled last week for today. A service technician was supposed to be at my house today between 11 and 3 today, with a notification call by technician when he was 30 minutes out. It is now 3:50 and not a word. This is poor customer focus, most inconsiderate and very unprofessional.

If you want fast, efficient, and friendly service George's Services is the way to go! He's been repairing appliances for 20 years so he for sure doesn't mess around. Also the cost didn't break the bank, and my refrigerator is as good as new! Thanks Georges!

I had to use this company for my washing machine through my home warranty, and I was very disappointed. The guy came out and spent maybe 5 minutes on it saying it was the control panel. They ordered the control panel, and replaced it but washing machine would still not work. It kept giving the unbalanced error code. I had to call home warranty and pay again for them to come out. They came out, and said it was because it was not level. The guy fixed the height of the washing machine until it was level, and said it should work or it would need shocks. I went to wash the laundry again, and it still wouldn't complete the cycles, and kept giving unbalanced error codes. I called home warranty and paid again, even though at this point I could of put all of this money to a new washing machine. I have been calling George's Appliances and leaving voicemails since Monday. No one would call me back, and they are supposed to call within 24 hours of putting in a claim. I called today, and their mailbox is full. I called home warranty again, and they called this company. The guy told them there is nothing wrong with my washing machine, that I said it keeps adding time. Which is not true! However, they would know that if they would answer their phone, or call back. I'm so infuriated with this company because I have not been able to wash clothes at my house since July 8th, and spent all of this money having someone come out and not fix it. I know it's probably not easy for them going through home warranty because I have now spent 45-1 hour wait times on the phone every single time I have to call trying to get this addressed, and it's time consuming. However, that is their job. I also waited at home 3 different times for a 4 hour time slot, for them to fix absolutely nothing. The worst

My Home Warranty Company sent them out to work on my Kenmore Dryer. it was getting too hot regardless of what heat setting it was on, even on air dry it was getting too hot & no cool down on any cycle. The technician they sent out told us our dryer hose was clogged & they don't repair or our warranty company will not cover. With no further inspection, not removing the front panel on my dryer or even checking the dryer hose, ( I know that requires effort) he left reporting the problem as a clogged ventilation line. We felt very strongly that this was not the problem but decided to go ahead & have the ventilation inspected & replace the ventilation hose with a new one. NO VENTILATION PROBLEM LINES WERE CLEAR. Pictures sent to our home warranty company to confirm. Another company came out to our home through our home warranty company & actually took the front off the dryer & inspected the main board or what ever it is that controls the temp settings, it was the original part to the dryer which we purchased in 1998. it had gone out. I feel it should have been pretty obvious what the problem was. So in my opinion & my experience with this company the technician was lazy & lacked the ability to properly make a decision on what is actually wrong when you don't properly inspect. My husband & I have also let our warranty company know we are not happy with their service & have requested to not send them out again in the future.

Terrible work and customer service, watch out for this company !They fixed my dryer and after 6 weeks stopped work again. Technician said once fixed would go lifetime…I traveled out of the country and called them after I got back. It was 4 days after the service guarantee expired (3 months). They set up an appointment between 12 and 4pm and nobody show up. 4:30pm technician called saying couldn’t make it “on time”.I called the company to reschedule and nobody answered…. Call got redirected to a rude guy who didn’t introduced himself and just said he wasn’t at the office and couldn’t reschedule me. I asked if he could give me the manager number so I could reschedule for tomorrow he asked if I wasn’t hearing ….i hang up on him. He called back and left a bad message . just look for another provider, this company is very unprofessional and shadyService: Washer/dryer repair

Mike and Carol were amazing! Our home warranty guy was awful, but Mike and Carol were so nice, calm and professional. Mike fixed the dryer right away and Carol helped with the paperwork. I will certainly use them again!Service: Dryer repair
