Please don’t buy any kind of supplement from here I bought a pre-workout from this place last week, and the pre-workout seems like it’s been exposed to moisture or hasn’t been stored properly. I wanted to return it, but they told me they couldn’t help without a receipt. I had the card I used for the payment with me, but the person working there was very rude.
Please be cautious when buying supplements from this place.

The Store Manager, Grayson, is always the best at taking of my family. He goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. Customer service is 5⭐️. Grayson is super helpful and helped find the item I was looking for!

This location is really close to my house but I had never been. So, glad I did today. Justin was so helpful and patient with all my questions. He had great recommendations and I'm looking forward to trying everything that I got today.

When I first walked In no one was there after a few minutes someone walks out from the back I asked her for something and her response was rude and sarcastic ! So I decided to leave as I walk out she accuses me of stealing . I took everything out of my pockets which was just my keys and I didn’t get a sorry or anything . White girl short hair . HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION ! really disappointed I walked in hoping to get good recommendations and hoping I walked out with good products .

Store opened 6hrs late! Got a bad recommendation on a product from employee. Tried to return the product a couple days later and was told that the store doesn’t do returns.

These guys only care about getting you on products that will make them commission even if the product is a cash grab.Do your own research on products before going in there they will sell you whatever makes THEM money.

This was my first time visiting GNC in Texas. I just went back to the gym and needed a few things I already knew about. I had lots of questions because pre covid body and my body now are very different. I asked about thermogenics and a few other things. DJ was very knowledgeable and told me the "recommendations" of the types of products I asked him about. He also advised me of products not to mix because I let him know I can get palpitations depending on dosages, stress factors etc. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. I actually felt bad because I asked him the difference and uses of a lot of different products. Somebody give that man a bonus for dealing with me! Sorry DJ...you're the best though. I'll definitely be back because of you!
