This is no way acceptable and unprofessional. this store definitely should be shut down for the disrespect it's showed by how the business is run . I ain't surprised the business ain't been shut down truly disappointed with y'all to the fullest

I don’t think anyone works here anymore every time I try to go here it’s never opened just like today for example almost 11 am and still not open and says opens at 10 am don’t go based off google or the work hours on the door. Poor business

The store sign and Google maps says open at 10 a.m. on a Monday. I'm here at 10 a.m. but the whole store is dark. Disappointed

Love this GNC Ace the Store manager is the best! Stock has been a little low because of covid but they do their best to recommend products. If you want to get healthy, go here!

8/29/20 7:45 pmCame to quickly grab something, online it says store closes at 7 , we got here 15 min prior to find the doors locked and someone at the register on their phone. Will definitely be calling corporate, call me a “Karen” if you want but what’s the point of having designated closing and opening hours on lone and in store, y’all are going to lock up whenever y’all please either way.

Just drive the extra 5 miles to go Desoto or 12 miles to cedar hill. Don't even waste your time here with the lack of professionalism by the employee here. 4 out of 6 times I've been to the location at various times of the day during business hours and this hand written "back in 15 min" sign has been there. With no time stamp. But this time from the time I arrived to the shopping center I walked around for 30 mins and still no answer. By this time there was an older lady outside who has experienced this before as well. And stated that the employees would be in the back 30 mins at a time throughout the day. So I knocked on the windows. Myself and the other customers watched other patrons pull on the door and walk away. Employee finally comes from the back. The lady explained how frustrated with these continuous actions. Not once was an explanation given. This employee "TJ" (if that's his name), nonchalantly stated to the elderly woman "I'm sorry you feel that way!" Who hires these people. My time is very valuable. I'm honestly not surprised about the level of customer service provided in an OAKCLIFF store. It's really sad. I'm discussed. Photo of employee also attached.

Finally decided to check out GNC location off of Wheatland and 20 in Dallas and associate named Rocky made my trip easy. He advised what vitamins and protein was best for my goal and explained the benefits. He has been the best associate I’ve met at any location I’ve ever gone to. Thank you!

I arrived to this location not really knowing what to expect, not being from the area. I had several questions regarding both products and fitness. I met with Lisa and I could not been more pleased. Lisa was very intuitive, eager and knowledgeable in answering my questions. I was able to both learn and purchase the products necessary in assisting me with obtaining my fitness goals. It's an awesome feeling to come in contact with an employee that actually values and stands behind her products. This kind of customer service is invaluable. Thanks Lisa!!!

This isn't an average GNC. The customer service was unlike any other place I've been to. Adolfo the Store manager was super knowledgable about fitness and health overall as well as supplements. Usually I'll go into a GNC expecting a mediocre experience and pushy sales but this place is a little different. The store was very clean and stock was kept really well. I left feeling as if I had key knowledge to hit my specific goals If your looking for a pushy sales person with little to no knowledge then this isn't the GNC for you.

Product i wanted to purchase was suppose to be in-store, BUT was not.,Employee did not offer to order for me. Told me i can go on-line, WELL, i guess i KNEW that!!! But some of us old-timers still like BRICK &MORTAR stores
