Thanks for nothing.
Lovely chat a day before in the evening and agreed I would come back the next day to buy some of the recommended products. Stickers needed to be changed however he was going to make sure to pass the information on to his colleague so I could get the old sticker price plus the deal of buy one get second half price. I just needed to ask my buddy which flavors he wanted.
Well his colleague the next morning, who totally ignored me btw when I was already waiting in front of the store before opening, made me feel like an absolute filthy liar when I explained what his colleague agreed with me. He said I could go look for him at another GNC if I wanted. Totally gaslighted me as well about any ongoing 1+half price promotion and said it did not even apply to the products I was intending to buy and he did not understand why his colleague would even mention that promotion to me. Not in an empathetic way but in an agitated way.....
Long story short I walked out empty handed and even if I have to pay more for the same products at another GNC I will exactly do that as long as I don't give any dime to this store. The person in the store that morning had noooo interest at all in doing business with me.
Do you know good cop bad cop? Well this was ”good salesman bad salesman”.

I don’t know what type of fraud they running, but they need to be looked into……. Can’t help but to share this Horrible experience! I could tell that the clerk was indeed a Racist he didn’t want to sell to me & when he had to he did it at the cost of jacking up the price from what the GNC website stated… was he trying to steal!! Also GNC HAS A PRICE MATCH HANGING IN THE STORE but can’t honor the prices on the website disgusting don’t shop here spend your money with people who deserve your hard earned dollar……. Then jack lied and said he does not know who the manager is. I find that hard to believe if you’re working in the store so that’s where the racism comes to play. He did not want my business I took note of that and for that I’m doing a review. I have been going to GNC for many years in different cities & states…… and never have I ever experienced something like this in Addison Texas

Looking for a certain vitamin, went to my nearest location, first off very little selection in this store AND has no Working A/C. Not a good environment to work, you just want to run out of there with the heat, which is easy b/c the door is wide open b/c so hot!!!

Person working was not wearing a mask but expected me to wear one! First and foremost a mandate isn’t a law and the mandate was over turned! Mask don’t work, will never shop here! How you gonna tell me to wear one when you don’t?

Absolutely fantastic!! I was helped immediately when I walked through the door with expert advice. I was very impressed that the gentleman that was helping me was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the store. He made excellent recommendations based on my comments. I am very satisfied with the items that I purchased and the help that I received. Also the store is extremely clean and neat.
