Dale Jules was very helpful when we got the VoIP phone system. He explained every thing clearly and told us what would happen each step of the process. There were several days that I had to call him more than once but he was patient with me and answered all my questions.

This is from Glad Tidings Church Lake Charles, LA. GeoTel recently completed 32 phone system install for our campus. The project is a huge success. The phone number porting was a smooth process, the install service was quick and tuning / training of the system was good. The support during implementation was excellent. It seems the ongoing support will be first class. The only challenge I had was sorting through the first invoices and financial documentation of the project. (I expected a little learning curve).The major bonus is the SAVING on phone service and internet Service.

We moved all of our communications to GoTel, they have been very helpful in the transition and the service has been outstanding, they respond quickly to any question or issue we may run into.
