It’s one thing to go to a cool, trendy, well-stocked skate shop in your neighborhood - but it’s another to have the owner be an expert in all things skate, educate you, be super kind, and also Remind you that just bc you “used to skate” (famous last words) doesn’t mean his concrete floor is forgiving (please be careful!) - and takes time to show you what’s up w your skates. He loosened my trucks up , and BOOM! I’m back in action , reliving my childhood past time of roller skating. Thanks Good Foot Skates!

I recently started training for roller derby and I called Good Foot Skates ahead of time to inquire about suitable skates before driving an hour. When I arrived, not only did Mo have Bont Prostars ready for me to try out, but he also had perfectly sized skates for my feet. Luckily, Mo knew that Bont skates run two sizes larger than the box size, saving me the headache of ordering the wrong size online!I gave Mo opportunity to upsell me to a higher-tier skate than the Prostars, but after discussing my needs, his recommendations lead me to stick with the Prostars. I'm very happy with his advice and the skates so far!

I went today and bought new wheels and other items. The owner even put my new wheels and bearings on my skates. I’m truly thankful that he did that because I would have messed up something. Great customer service. Everyone that worked there was so friendly. The place was so beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this little shop! I'm from NM so if I want any roller skate gear I have to order it online. However, we decided to come into this little shop while we were in Dallas and we were not disappointed! There's a good selection of good quality skates and gear. The guy who works there is really nice and he even gave us recommendations for good roller rinks in the Dallas area to go to while we were in town. He was also very knowledgeable when it came to any roller skating questions we had. We ended up ordering some stuff online when we got back home and everything shipped very quickly! We will definitely visit again when we come back to Dallas!

Visited this shop while travelling to Dallas and was not disappointed! I never got the guy's name but I think he was the owner, he was very knowledgeable and passionate about skating! He gave us great recommendations and had high quality stock. I liked the shop so much I wanted to go back again before my trip ended to buy a set of skates but sadly he was closed for 4th of July, so instead I ordered them online. They were shipped immediately after I placed my order and arrived in a couple days! Great quality and service!

Best Roller skate shop in DFW. Brought in a pair of beginner skates with blown bearings Tamara helped choose the right wheels and bearings for now and spent an hour showing the difference in heel height, boot type, pad softness, plate materials and wheels for different surfaces for her dream skates. They replaced the bearings set the wheels. Daughter can’t wait to get her next pair of skates after another summer of learning tricks and beating up her now upgraded pair. Ask about the Vintage and blemish skates and couldn’t see what was wrong.

Excellent service! I’ve never bought skates from a skate shop and didn’t know where to start. Mo, the owner, was very patient. He seemed very honest and didn’t pressure or try to upsell….I definitely plan to return! Glad to support BOB!
