I had to unload everything myself. The worker said he cannot unload anything from my car. Even though I was standing right there. I am disabled and almost fell several times and a couple of things were heavy. I wanted to just throw everything to the curb back at home so my kids could unload it.

It’s goodwill. We dropped some stuff on and got no help brining stuff into the building. It’s what you would expect.
