I had to unload everything myself. The worker said he cannot unload anything from my car. Even though I was standing right there. I am disabled and almost fell several times and a couple of things were heavy. I wanted to just throw everything to the curb back at home so my kids could unload it.

Went to drop off spot and waited, then went to the front because no one came to door. Lady was upset we came to front and then yelled as I went the wrong way even though I was planning to reverse. Horrible attitude for no apparent reason. Must have been a busy day at the good will??

The Attendant was very rude and refused to help me unload my donations. She has no manners and didn't even greet me or thank me for my Donations.I recommend that she be removed from her post. The Donations were delivered on the afternoon of Jan 12th 2024.Based on this I would not recommend this location.Sincerely,Todd
