Went to drop off spot and waited, then went to the front because no one came to door. Lady was upset we came to front and then yelled as I went the wrong way even though I was planning to reverse. Horrible attitude for no apparent reason. Must have been a busy day at the good will??

The Attendant was very rude and refused to help me unload my donations. She has no manners and didn't even greet me or thank me for my Donations.I recommend that she be removed from her post. The Donations were delivered on the afternoon of Jan 12th 2024.Based on this I would not recommend this location.Sincerely,Todd

FYI: drop-off point is on the Northwest side of the building, not where the parking lot is.

Not a computer store any more, just straight donations. No large furniture, tvs, or mattresses. Picture I posted is all their locations.

They say that the location is open, but I have been there 4 times at different days and hours, and it has been closed.

Goodwill now contracts with Dell Computers for tax benefits, etc. so they closed this ComputerWorks store. Now it’s a donation site. You *might* run across a random keyboard, or other peripherals at other DFW Goodwill stores, but the staff *isn’t supposed* to put those items out on shelves but to instead return them back onto the truck with their empty equipment to the Westmoreland HQ location “for processing”.Given that, you’ll have some store managers & “newbie staff” who don’t know any better put these items out on shelves if they happen to get them randomly sent out on a truck from HQ…The store managers get their monthly bonus off a percentage of their store’s monthly sales. That’s why you’ll see allllll this inconsistent pricing on housewares and home goods in these stores…Mostly due to inadequate training, plus being pushed by the managers to “overprice”? since the managers want their money at end~of~month. REMEMBER: everything at Goodwill is donated free and clear - it’s pure profit. Donations are how they get their goods and product.

I drove in on July 2 to drop off two bags of clothes. I got there 10 minutes before they closed, and drove up right behind another donor. Despite being right next to the open door at which the other donor dropped things off just before, the woman "working" there refused to take a donation because she said they were closing. I had two bags of clothes. Zero labor involved for her.

Told me I had to come back in an hour as they were unloading a truck. I'm moving and don't have time for this.

Good place to find electronics very good hidden gem. Highly highly recommend. If I were to go into detail. About how good this place is it would bring too much foot traffic and everything would be sold out and no product left of the shelf. Let's just say I got a 30 inch dell monitor here for $10 and it's worth easily 20times that but I'm keeping it to use on my main computer. And I got a nice $200 router here for $5.
