Goodwill Dallas - Greenville Ave is a basic, clean, and organized thrift store. Experiences vary significantly among customers. Some report amazing visits, with kind and welcoming staff who are helpful, while others find the employees unprofessional, particularly regarding early closing procedures where customers are commanded to check out well before the advertised time. A common point of contention is the pricing. Many reviewers feel the prices are too high for a thrift store, with items like clothing and purses consistently priced between $8 and $9, which is considered high compared to other locations. Certain color tags offer a 50% discount. The selection receives mixed reviews; some discover magnificent finds like cookware, while others note the store is very small, has a limited selection mostly of women's garments, and is disorganized with items mixed together. There are no dressing rooms, which deters some clothing purchases. Despite the pricing and selection issues, several customers find it a decent place to check out if in the area and intend to return.

The parking isn’t the greatest but the store has a lot to see. Stop by to look around and found and found some items. As I was walking towards the register, Tonya was attentive and came right over to check me out. She was very kind and friendly.
