Just went to donate $800 worth of suits, shoes and dress shirts. Nobody out front. Walked to the sliding doors, and this dude says, “you can’t come in here, get back out.” I said I didn’t see a sign (nicely). He yelled you don’t need a sign, you need to do what I said! I told him to chill, he came out to the car, one step away, and started yelling at me. Never experienced this before. Talked to the manager, nothing done. I unloaded my stuff myself, and he stared the whole time. Hugely disappointed with giving eight construction bags of clothes to be treated like this!

Young dark haired “ manager “ has to go . Literally zero management skills . Line was 9 people deep and the one sweet cashier who is always on register are 5:30 pm called hin several times . He finally came out of back and she said she needed help . He said “ handle it “
And then Goodwill begs us to round up for TRAINING. Train your “ managers “ . Awful attitude and crummy social skills . Do better !
PS . The blonde African American lady with the short hair is also wonderful like the cashier .

Associate Joy has such a good attitude and was friendly and helpful to me when I had a few questions about the store. She is a ray of sunshine! This is the most clean and well organized Goodwill store I have seen! They have a large diverse collection of items and the aisles are easy to maneuver. I am going back today 😃

They have no fitting rooms even though covid is no longer a threat for the majority of people. I asked the cashier BEFORE paying about returns or exchanges and she says: “no returns but you can do exchange”. I paid went home and pants were too small, came back to the store where one employee tells me they do neither returns or exchange. Asked for the manager now she’s got a different answer. After telling the manager that I got the wrong information from one of her employees she proceeded to ignore it. Didn’t ask for her name but she was a middle aged black woman. The people here do not know how to do their job and the manager will treat you like it’s your fault her employees don’t know what they’re doing.

Large store with donation area in front and covered. The staff comes and assists with donations. The store inside is clean and organized. Love the concept of giving back and finding something special. Get a receipt for donations!

It's a decent location but the prices are fairly high for a thrift store and there are no fitting rooms and no exchanges or store credit. I'm guessing that's why the racks are stuffed with unsold clothes

Refused a donation of clothes. I told him there may be some that you don't want, just throw away. The moron said, "No, we have no trash can, you have to take them." Kept saying "No trash can" most of the clothes were in great condition. Never going to donate again. EVER
