Very disappointed ? I used to came here every Sunday for the sale tag half price but I noticed that even when I go when the store just open all the merchandise on sale it's going for the last month I think there employee's are collecting the sale color tags merchandise one day before so this is bad trying to made people believe that there's the regular 50% sale shame on goodwill plus the cashier in this location is very rude the lady from Haiti or what ever she is from very rude

No fitting rooms. They also discourage changing in the bathrooms. How am I supposed to see if something fits me? I'm not going to buy clothing that doesn't fit just to see if it will.

Best one is the one on Belt Line. Very organized

Walked around finding items to try on for forty minutes just to find out that they got rid of their fitting rooms. They don’t do refunds, it’s exchanges only. The staff was nice, but how do you function as basically a clothing store with no fitting room?

Friendly staff with front-of-store, drive-up drop-off. Store has constant flow of donations so call before you drive from far away to be sure they're not "full".

I donated a lot of furniture here; the donation staff members are always so helpful and kind! It's a super streamlined and efficient process to go through the donation drive-thru.

Great location to visit, staff was pleasant, hunting for goodies was fun.

The fitting rooms have been removed, so I don't think I can shop here anymore. The clothing racks have size spacers, but it doesn't seem that anything is actually organized by size so you have to look really hard to find winners but now it's not even worth it since you can't try anything on before purchasing.

I bought a ridiculously low priced piece of furniture-needed helpLoading it was a tad difficult. A cashier said after 2 calls for help that most of the workers in the back were “playin around”. Finally the store mgr helped me load. He is awesome

Been coming here for years and sometimes they have a good bargain but it’s always a place where stuff is better off than in the trash

THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU IF YOU DON'T PAY ATTENTION!!! Cashier Brittany literally rang up every item at the wrong price. Had I not been paying attention I would have been overcharged a total of $21 before tax. Don't let careless people cost you more money.

Won't accept donations and wouldn't explain why. So not sure if it was a matter of being full for the day or a staffing issue. Looks like other people are having the same issue, so I'll have to try another location.

Like most Goodwills in the DFW metroplex this one has overpriced junk and I suspect most of the good inventory never sees the floor for reasons that you can figure out. The only exceptions I have come across are both Plano locations which used to be gems, but since they implementing their EBay lookup to price things, have also become much worse in that good inventory may be getting "lost" or just priced according to Neiman Marcus prices. At this point the Allen store that recently opened seems to be the best location to actually find decent deals and treasures but I suspect that will be temporary as well. What's really needed is a thrift store that actually serves to purpose of recycling goods in the community to the end customers, not a price gouging scheme nor opportunity for "lost merchandising".
