Called before coming. I wanted to see what the wait time was. I was at the Intersection. Person on the phone was rude but still went inside. When checking In I recognize the voice on top of that there’s only two other people that were working in the shop. Found out after checked in a she was the one cutting. I should have walked the. After I sat down in the seat I was asked what kind of haircut do I want I said 1/4 to a 1/2 fade then Finger length on top. Then the hairstylist got rude once again. I got up and I don’t need your services and I walked out.I’m sure There are other stylist that are awesome in that shop but that woman was not.

I'm not very picky about haircuts, so I've never had a problem with going to Great Clips for a quick trim. I can no longer justify that after the worst experience I've had. To be fair, I was a little thrown off by the COVID experience/precautions, so I didnt speak up for myself the way I normally would. But I was never once asked what I envisioned for my hair. The stylist asked me what length I wanted; she had an issue when I said I wanted it to be clavicle length so I said I was okay with it going a little past the shoulder. She then spent fewer than 10 minutes chopping off my long locks. When she got a mirror to show me the back I thought she was just confirming the length before adding layers, so I said it was fine. Then she whisked off the cape and charged me $17 for turning my hair into a poofy broom. I just paid and left because I was so embarrassed. I honestly dont know if she thought it looked good, thought I was too dumb to notice she just cut it straight across without amy layering at all, or if she just really doesnt understand hair. I went home and cried a little bit and then had my husband - who has no experience at all - help me balance it out in the backyard with household scissors to at least make it wearable. I learned my lesson and I'm done with budget haircuts forever.

Came in to get a haircut, although it was about 30 minutes to close since I didn’t know hours had changed (and I was wearing a mask, just so we’re clear), and the woman at the counter was very rude to me - I understand the frustration, but considering I believe she might be a lead, that’s no way to represent your store. She didn’t even really make it clear that she was accepting my business, and was snide when I asked if she was. Fortunately, the other employee in the store welcomed me to a chair, chatted with me, and took care of my haircut as normal, no stipulations included. Long story short, service was fine minus one unprofessional employee, and, hopefully, not one of the management. Oh and they’ve changed their hours to 6 PM if anyone is curious

Do not come here at all I came here with an hour to spare and the lady is just sitting in the back stuffing her face sign still says open but as soon as I walked in she said they are closed this is a horrible place to get a hair cut they never even cut good hair stay away from this place

Was told the wait time was 15 minutes. When I arrived I checked it with 1 minute remaining was tod there was another customer ahead of me. Checking in was a waste of my time. I walked away and won’t be back

As my wife says "They did us good!" This was a super comfortable space with staff that was good at making conversation and haircuts we were happy with. We walked away with lighter hair and marginally lighter wallets. They are not super expensive and they are flexible in what you want your hair to look like. We had a great time getting haircuts...which is not something I was expecting I would say.

Very nice. I liked the atmosphere the hair stylists were laughing and just throwing good vibe I liked it.
I like my hair.
Miss one star because of the shampoo part that could be more comfortable, the experience overall for shampoo could be better! The setting don't allow the stylist to to behind to wash your hair so they have to do it on the side. Not the best for them and for us.
But good experience.

If you don't care how you look, go to this place. TOTAL MASSACRE. I don't know how somebody could screw up a haircut to this extent unless it was intentional.

I tried to go on my lunch hour and the guy n line sign in said it was a 1minute wait. Wrong. Only one person there who barely greeted me and was with someone else who was going to take a while. Turns out everyone else was on break and I would need to wait. I thought the purpose of on line check in was so this didn't happen. I've deleted the app. Never again

Most times I go I see someone that has cut my hair in the past and everything works out. Last week I went in and got a Rookie she had no idea what she was doing. Because of that bad stylist I got the last time not sure I'll be going back.

These ladies did a fantastic job. My husband usually gets his hair messed up when he gets it cut but the woman did an amazing job and he couldn't have been happier walking around without a hat.

Went in around 6pm on a Saturday to get my 2yo son a last minute cut. Maria whom cut his hair did a very fast and great job. She was very sweet as my son doesn't quite like haircuts just yet. Thanks for the Great Clip Maria!

My son always gets his hair cut here. The last time, I decided to get mine cut as well. I have short, straight hair and it's difficult to get it right. IMO. Shay cut my hair and got it right the first time. I will definitely be back. I still can't believe it!
