Amazing customer service was able to set up a bank account checking and savings with no appointment just walking in. Staff here is very friendly. I was helped by Jackie and Christopher. Definitely recommend this branch over the Arlington one.

God forbit you forget to make a payment and go over 30 days late on a vehicle payment. They will try to repossess you. Terrible company. Closing all accounts tomorrow

Edit (2) - I emailed the marketing email with all my account info. Please call me back with resolution ASAP. My credit better not get a late payment hit due to your systems blocking me. Thank you.Edit (1) - Tried your "Core" link but it still says "Your login id has been disabled" and to contact you all. I've contacted the support number and the in person branch. I'm going in again today or tomorrow and not leaving until someone actually shows empathy for my situation and figures this out while I'm there.The loan onboarding process could not be more broken. Also, calling online support (the exact number the branch manager gave me) has nothing to do with online LOAN account support, only online banking for checking/savings account support. When I went back to the branch to tell them they couldn't help me online, they said, tell them it is for your savings account. Huh? Ok, so I called online support back and they still told me they cannot help with car loan accounts and did not have another number for me to call. Also, when I try to login to the link with my ID and password they originally set up it doesn't work either. This place makes it extremely hard to give them money. I want to pay, am willing and able, but no matter what number I call they keep redirecting me in a circle. Payment is almost due and I'm going to have to go into a physical location again and sit on someone's desk until they fix this. It's 2023...the online system should be 100% functional just like how I pay my mortgage.

Needs to work on Customer Service. If you do not have a Texas DL/ID they will not work with you. Instead they will send a secure message instead of calling you to talk to you. Even one of the Customer Service reps I called and spoke to told me they didn't understand why Dallas is rejecting as he has approved multiple accounts even if they had out of state identification.I opened my account online due to their hours did not aligning with my work hours, online process was easy. I provided everything yet after approval and creating account, they disabled the account. They did not call me, but sent a secure message at end of business day basically telling me either get a Texas ID, yet my money that was used to open the account they have to send it in cashier check form..Texas Trust Credit Union actually calls and speaks to their "new" members with any questions or concerns. Opening an account with them was much easier. I had my friend withdraw their application from GTCU and switch with me to TTCU..Advice to them please work better with communicating with "new" customers, yet I told them to contact me instead of emailing yet never was done. If they have time to type messages, they have time to call.

I don't know I had taken out $200 from this bank first time there because I need it fresh two dollar bills for my daughter's graduation to make a candy Lae . I took the cash from the drive-through and I just now going through the money and it's only 178 dollars . I trust the bank because you know it's a bank so I just went about my business because I was in a rush. They took $22 from the 200. Not a big deal but hey that's not right
