I opened personal and business accounts at the Cedar Creek branch in September 2022. The professional and personal touch has been outstanding from the staff. Calls and emails are returned promptly. Mark has also given me some referrals to make life easier; lawyers, dentists, accountants, realtors...etc. Thank you!

Came in with a handful of things to get done…Eddie and Diana were wonderful with assisting…I have been banking with Veritex many years now and the customer service is one one the many reason I stick with the bank.

I liked their philosophy but after I deposited a check to open my account it took 10 business days...14 days...for the check to clear. In this day and age we all know that it doesn't take that long to clear a check. I emailed them captured pictures that the check had cleared my other bank (per their request), but that didn't make any difference. I upset the branch manager when I said it was ridiculous that it takes so long so she was no help. She emailed me the Fed regulations showing they were allowed to do this...I told her that I never said she wasn't following guidelines I said the guidelines were stupid. AFTER all this started and it had been several days they informed me that I could have received quicker availability to funds by doing electronic deposit by wire or bank to bank bill pay...AFTER!!! How does that help me? I had already moved some bank pays over from my old bank that might now bounce.
