Don’t let these guys fool you! This place has been a disaster ever since I made the mistake of applying. Not only did I get denied for something incredibly stupid but for some reason they don’t have my payment from my ONLINE application and now they are trying to charge me an extra $130 on top of the $100 I already paid. Not worth the time or money!

If there was a place to put a 0 stars I would give them just that where do I start. Lets start with the bullet holes I have on the back side of my apartment because teenage kids have had shootouts on the backside and when I asked management to get a new door they never did and its the end of my lease with them. there are also bullet wholes in my sons room which is in the back of apparently another shootout happened when I wasnt home thank god and they shot through his room once again no repairs. now lets get to the trash fee they charge us but its trash all around the apartment trash all on the side gates broken bottles in the playground area where kids play. pest control fees and they never come to my apartment and spray anything. very inconsistent with the towing and keeping a tow company. next lets get to the a/c vents that are on the floor of the apartment that a visitor of mine fell through then they claimed they fixed it but just replaced the cover with no screw in it and the a/c isn't even blowing in the master room so many issues with this place its best to just find somewhere else to move. they keep going up in rent but doing nothing to the actual property. I have a lot more but ill stop here. I just want to see if you replace the bullet hole door. I been asked to have replaced. Also don't enter my resident without my permission or notice. thanks

Let me start this off, Ms Rosalyn was amazing! She helped from beginning to the end! There were issues that came about during my application process, but she never stopped helping me. Even calling me after hours to assist me hand in hand. We are moving from Houston TX, so that within itself is very scary. Rosalyn is making my transition so much easier! & we will soon be Dallas residents ?

This is a great community to live in with my daughter. It’s quiet and well maintenance. The manager Rosilyn Butler is very kind and professional.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been here less than 2 years and happily moving on. It really sucked for me moving from out of town without seeing the place.,let’s just say it did not live up to the pictures. I had nowhere to stay for a week because my place was not ready when I came here in a moving truck. even worst the office was closed for absolutely no reason that day and they had nothing to say but a sorry. They never answer the phones in the office and when they do maintenance does not come and resolve problems within a timely manner. My door has been leaking when it rains for months when I expressed to them it looked like someone tried to kick it in and all I was told is we have to send contractors. My AC unit been out for 2 weeks and I was told they didn’t have the piece’s to fix it. They don’t keep up with trash on the property either. The fed up reason for leaving is the expensive increase in rent when it was time to renew about a $400 dollar difference. That’s ridiculous for a place with a pest control problem that can’t even replace your baseboards while they are leaking.

Read the reviews. I applied on a Monday, attached my drivers license and proof of income to the application. I get a call from the leasing agent who says she hasn't received them. I told her I uploaded them when I applied. She then says yes I see them. I needed additional proof of income but it couldn't be uploaded and I was not provided an email. I call Tuesday and no answer. Leave a voice-mail. Get a call back Wednesday and she again says she hadn't received my ID or income. I explain again it's already been uploaded on Monday. She then says yes she sees it. I send the rest of the documents. I hear nothing until Friday at 4 pm where I get an EMAIL saying I was denied for credit. I had explained my credit situation before I applied and she stated they could work with it. I call them to get clarification. No answer. Call back Saturday and all she could say was I got denied and to read the email. I asked if I could do a cosigner. She said I would have to tall to my manager but you've already been denied so probably not. She wouldn't give me the time of day and was rushing me off the phone. Still waiting for my refund and it's been over a week.

I've been living here for a little over a year and I can honestly say the new management Ms Rosaline and Ms Tabitha are awesome and really work with the tenants. They are very pleasant and make doing business with them professional and less awkward even in very trying situations. I am very happy with the way things are going and comfortable in my place of living.

Just called to get information on the property and the lady on the phone was terrible and had a bad attitude. Very good sign should not come here. Staff is trash.

I applied for an apartment and paid $450 in application fees and deposits last Thursday, I also turned in all proper paperwork day of. It took them 8 days to tell me a result after calling multiple times everyday day to no one answering, and when they do answer they tell me they either have to look at my file or I have to talk to someone new. Constantly told me they would call me back in 30 minutes and I would never receive a call back. Nobody was helpful, everyone gave me bs answers and they wasted my time when the first day they told me it will only take 3 days. They said they denied me because I didn’t have 6 months of work experience in Texas when I am moving there from a different state and it would be impossible to have 6 months of work experience there when I’ve never lived there before. Overall they never gave me specific answers, they waited 8 days to tell me I was denied when she said the manger told her days earlier they had a result already. I would not recommend I am now down $450 and have no where to live.

The management in this complex has changed so much. I met the new team and must say I was very impressed. From the prompt assistance offered by Ms. Tabitha to the attention and follow through work Ms. Roslin. I was ready to give up and move, but after voicing my concerns I'm willing to give them the opportunity to make it a better experience.

I’ve been living at this property about five years and the prior management and staff were horrible. I’ve always dreaded Having to go into the office for any reason to deal with her self they were very rude and unaccommodating. Today I went into the office and spoke with the new manager and the assistant manager and I was actually prepared to put in my notice however they were absolutely amazing the vibe was exceptional and I walked out signing a 12 month lease renewal. Definitely a change in the wind with the new staff. Absolutely a great experience today!

Longtime resident of the Greens. Love the new management team. Rosilyn seems to actually listen to your concerns and does her best to come up with an acceptable solution. Had made up my mind Not to renew my lease because of prior management and problems in the apartment, but after talking with Rosilyn and seeing the many changes that the new management has been working on to improve the community, I decided to give it a chance and stay.

I came in the office and Rosilyn was warm and inviting although I was concerned about the square footage of the apartment Rosilyn gave me great ideas to make my furniture work I am moving here from out of state and the stress from the move has been quite overwhelming. Rosilyn assured me she will do her best to make it as smooth of a transition as possible. I have called and been to several apartments in the metropolitan area and this was the first I would be willing to call my home ! Kudos to Rosilyn!!

-5 Stars ->. I’ve leased this place for 7 years and 6 months. The crime is high. The unprofessional staff (no matter who managing this complex) and the lack of communication insufficient. The tenants who have lived here 5+ years have been forced to move-out because they are no longer accepting section 8. A community of people have been given 60 day notices to vacant over time this 2022 year(read the reviews). My heart is saddened by the lack of communication and information not being given to the tenants. Code compliance is there everyday inspecting a complaint, the apartments don’t have adequate air conditioning circulation, the crime rate is high (at least a major death every year (it’s on the news/google it)). The pool is honestly never open. The gym that’s advertised has never been open in 7+ years. No school activities as advertised. All the amenities mentioned are lacking. You must really be in desperate need to MOVE HERE… and I’ll advise you to get renters insurance (A Must), pay your rent on-time by the 1st (don’t pay late) and mind your business with neighbors. There was an issue with bed bugs at one point. Now, as many tenants don’t stay longer than 3 months there is roaches and rats (mostly because of the trash dumpsters). You must have a parking pass or it will get towed. Make sure you don’t verbally request a work order, put it in writing ALWAYS! Get a camera for your own safety concerns and I advise people to actually ask the people who live there about the complex and not the office. You’ll know what’s wrong and good luck ?? This is an honest review and don’t need the complex to reply back. It’s not necessary and irrelevant if they did (new management doesn’t know the people, extreme crime and issues). Tread carefully with this place respectfully.. stay positive people and keep looking
