My wife and I were visiting family in Dallas. During our visit we decided to go shopping and visit the Gucci store. Upon arrival we were never ask if we needed help. We began to look around and were interested on information on a few items we liked. We ask the sales person by the name of Adrienne for assistance. She replied “ I will be with you in a moment”. My wife patiently waited for about 15 minutes but still no assistance from Adrienne. We were baffled because she was not assisting any other customers. I ask her again but noticed she had an attitude when I ask for help. I ask her “what was her problem”. She replied and said “you have to wait” I was shocked at her attitude. I informed her that we are here to shop and should be treated with respect. I also informed her that I will definitely escalate this to corporate. I would never step foot in this place. Horrible person and should not be working for Gucci.

Tiffany told me I needed to wear a men shoe because my feet weren’t slim enough to fit in a specific shoe instead of showing me other styles or options. Very distasteful unprofessional young lady .

This place is just messed up! I got a tight and there was no tag on it. I’d to drive back to the store in traffic. Jazmin was like I wasn’t the one that packed it, but it still y’all store… just crazy!

First to review? Not technically I guess as they just changed locations within the North Park Center. Well,more than a move! A complete redesign and expansion. This new store I dare say would put most others to shame. I'm not sure where you would have to travel to experience an equivalent. An experience it is! You have to look at this shop from outside in the courtyard. In the adjacent hallway and finally the front. Impeccable design,materials and construction. Take a look at some of my photos, showing the sculpted marble exterior. Yes I had to touch it to make sure it is real. The interior will take your breath away. 18,000 square feet of upscale beauty. In addition,there is a store within the store! An 800 square foot Baby Gucci. As you may have guessed,bring your 2 nd mortgage proceeds because you're gonna need it. Me? I wanted something to carry my cash around in. Thanks to the fabulous sales team I left with a little sumpin,sumpin! You will too if you.... Go!

I've shopped at this location a couple of times and have always received polite and professional service. Jasmine helped me with shoes on my last visit, and was personable, friendly, and gave useful insight on the styles I was trying. She's a credit to the store.

Wow so many negative reviews about customer service .. . It was my first time buying in store because I needed to buy a gift for my husband asap! Any who, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the security I thought he was an employee lol. He told me where everything was etc . then he got an employee to assist me . He was nice but he was being very rushed. I knew what l came in for but I wanted like more recommendations ..

You would expect to be treated warmly or even acknowledged in the Gucci store but not even a hello nothing. When you walk in the door you are sized up immediately. The saying never judge a book by its cover is true. I wanted to treat myself with another Gucci bag or wallet. Have been to other Gucci stores and experienced great customer service. Will be doing my stopping at those other stores. Management really needs to take note of the negative comments here. If I could give zero stars I would.

We went by the Gucci store today to buy a gift for a friend. You’d expect to be welcomed and treated nicely when you enter a luxury store, I mean isn’t that what sets them apart from the rest? I guess they don’t classify as a luxury brand anymore. Anyway, not a single hi from any of the hosts, let alone any help so we decided to take our business where they shower you with amazing customer service and bought a handbag from Louis Vuitton instead.

Still waiting a phone call or email from corporate. The customer service is horrible and I need a phone call reviewed where I was assumed to have been put on hold and called out of my name. I've yet to hear back.

Have had very good times here. I get texts from my sales girl Kathrine inviting me to special events, or just checking on how I like my purchases. Angel is also another wonderful person at this location. I have gone into this store looking like a bum, and have been treated with nothing but welcome and respect. I love this store.

I purchased a pair of Sunglasses from this Gucci location in February of this year. I noticed over the weeks they were getting very loose on my head. It was obvious the screws/hinges were defective, especially since one arm fell further out than the other. I took them into Gucci where one of the associates said they could tighten the screws for me. They seemed okay for a couple of weeks until they became so loose on my head, I couldn't wear them anymore. I took them to a local eyeglass store to have them tightened once again. Finally, I decided to take them back to Gucci to see if they would be willing to either exchange or send out for repair, a product they recently sold and was clearly defective. I even pulled the display pair off the shelf and held up both for the associate to show the difference. She took mine to the back and returned a few mins. later telling me there was nothing they could/would do because it was "wear and tear". I told her that wasn't true, they had been sold to me like this. I also have a narrow head, so it's not as if my head somehow stretched them out. She then said "Well, you probably let a friend borrow them who stretch them out". I asked her if "wear and tear" was the cause, then how come the display pair, touched and tried on by customers everyday, didn't have any signs of "wear and tear". Her reply "oh, well we change the display sunglasses out all the time!" I highly doubt that. I purchased a wallet from Gucci for my boyfriend in March, a pair of loafers in October of last year and a handbag in December of '21. All were wonderful experiences. I honestly cannot understand why they would treat their customers so poorly. Not only that but making baseless accusations at customers is an odd business model. I love Gucci but sadly, the experience at this boutique has soured my feelings towards the brand.
