I wonder if people that are recently writing bad reviews on this hotel were on a mission to see the downfall of this place or paid to do so. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Absolutely false claims and didn’t sound like the place I recently stayed in. Booked this hotel for our anniversary and it’s one of the best experiences of my life. Hospitality is top notch and you definitely feel like royalty when you stay here. Rooms were nice and clean. Complimentary champagne, cookies, cheese, and fresh fruits were offered to us through out the day. The manager was very attentive/caring and even took time to give us some recommendations on what we can do around town. I have never stayed at a better hotel. Keep doing what you are doing, we love it there.

Luxury all the way! We have travelled the world, and have never experience such decadence. Every detail was perfect, from the lighting to the heavenly bed. I cannot stress enough that everyone needs to experience Hotel St. Germain. We will be back every year!!!

I tried to make a reservation for a client of mine as I'm a travel agent. I called the hotel on approximately 5/19/2022 for information regarding room types and facilities. The phone was answered by a very pleasant sounding Gary Belame (sp) who informed me he was the general mgr. He suggested I take down his cell phone number as often calls to the hotel go directly to voicemail. I took down the information and said I'd check with my client and call back to confirm. I called back a day or so later and was greeted by voicemail. Not surprised. I then called Gary's cell number and once again got voice mail. I always left messages to call back. I attempted to call both numbers several times; always, getting voicemail. I had no choice but to book my client elsewhere. He is a great client and he and his firm travel to Dallas often. It would have been a great account for the Hotel St Germain. The biggest surprise was when, at about 2:30PM this afternoon ( the same day my client is arriving in Dallas) Gary calls with a caller ID number that indicated he was calling from some landscaping company. Thinking this was spam, I didn't answer. It was the long, lost general manager, Gary. He informed me that "time had gotten away from him" and if I still wanted the room, it was available. I let him know that not only did I no longer need the room, but that this type of customer service was not working for me. He then advised that he wasn't going to "grovel" I wished him a good evening and the conversation ended. Those rooms are like tomatoes, unused and they are worthless. Tonight's revenue is lost forever. Maybe he is expecting a last minute run of the property. One of the most bizarre experiences I've had the misfortune to encounter. This is coming from someone who rarely, rarely leaves reviews.

My wife and I stayed there for one night and had an amazing time. Gary and the staff were very nice and helpful, and did a turndown service with rose petals without even asking. We even got complimentary glasses of champagne when we got back to the hotel late in the evening. Breakfast the next morning was delicious on their beautiful patio, and it was surprisingly quiet given the location in Uptown. We would definitely stay here again!

Me and my wife celebrated our 5 year anniversary here, at the same hotel I proposed. We love this hotel, the staff is really nice, Gary is really helpful and attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back next year!

I have never been to this fine establishment, but I still feel like it has improved my life. I never thought places were this nice. This looks better than hotels look in the movies. It is now a life goal to stay here.

Old World Charm throughout, and if you're thinking about inviting someone out to dinner that you'ld really like to spend a good chunk of quality time, then book a reservation and be prepared to have ad many as 7 courses, yet if you only habe 4 courses, you're still looking at 4-5 hours of tastebud exploration from a uniquely personalized fare that could be French, Italian, and even RUSSIAN!!!

Great wine pairings with delicious food. Great service. The meat was so tender. Generous portions. Just park in reserved spaces on the side of the building. We will be back

I had a wonderful time at the Hotel St. Germain. The staff was beyond accommodating and the hotel itself was beautiful! I'm so glad I chose to stay here rather than one of the larger corporate hotels in downtown Dallas.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. It is one of our favorite places for special dinners. Always upscale, always 5 stars.
