We had our 2003 Buick Rendezvous transmission rebuild by Phil & his team. They did a superb job, the vehicle drives and shifts flawlessly. I can say Phil and his staff are extremely professional and the rebuild expense was very reasonable.

Phil and crew did a great job and quickly returned my car back to me. In on Monday and done on Wednesday. Runs better than I, the original owner, ever remember from new.
You seem to know you picked the right place when other service shops come to them for mechanical assistance. I was there when this happened.
Only time will tell the full story. It has 2 years and 24,000 miles of warranty. I expect to never have any issues but if I do, I am confidant Phil and crew will make it right!!!

Philip is the TRUTH! This guy was the most sincere and genuine business owner I've ever met. I went in thinking I had locked up my manual transmission trying to do service on it and I'll tell you, he solved the issue in 30 seconds, purely off knowledge of his craft alone! Great guy, I will be doing work with him till I die!
Side note, these guys are the only ones in DFW area who will even work on Toyota manual transmissions. Great shop that I hope lasts forever.

Excellent all around experience with Hackler Transmission. John and and Phil are awesome, professional, personable and knowledgeable! John was very efficient with the diagnostics. Needed transmission rebuilt. Job was completed ahead of schedule and price was as quoted. Truck is running fine. They have been in business many years and I was aware of previous customers who were very satisfied. Warranty is 24,000 miles. I'm very satisfied
