Terrible! I ordered an algebra book from here through Amazon and needed to return it...returned it and only received a partial refund-$20 less than what I paid! I can understand paying the shipping but apparently I was charged a "restocking fee" too! Don't buy from here if there's a chance you will return the item and it costs more than $25!

I ordered a widescreen movie and both the case and DVD had "Widescreen" on the them. However IT WAS NOT WIDESCREEN. I view this as deception. The seller I assume viewed the DVD to verify it was widescreen but sold it anyway as widescreen. Will not trust this seller ever again!
