Sandy has been very unprofessional and rude for years. I've made several complaints to Hortencia and have requested the owners phone number. Hortencia always gets my# and will get back to me but never does because of he close relationship with Sandy. If the owner knew how much service has been lost due to Sandy she would not be an employee.NOTE TO OWNER LOOK AT CAMERAS AT 5:30 PM ON TUESDAY 10-17th That's just one example of Sandy's behavior.
