Products are good but the owner is very rude and has ZERO customer service skills. I would never patronize his business again due to his lack of customer service and his tremendous amount of rudeness and disrespect.

Over the years I spent thousands of dollars with this company only to be mistreated on a simple request to return some items. I was fine with owner stating I couldn't return them, but to get ugly and say I could threw them in the garbage myself was unnecessary and extremely rude. I would never speak to customer in that manner and I will spend another dollar in that store ever again. Obviously the owner has no respect for his customers.
