Find another daycare. I called monday asked if I could do a tour and she said yes. I went in person on Tuesday 11/14/2023. She said she couldn’t give me a tour because they were putting floors down. Why wouldn’t you tell me that instead of telling me yes? She said they had been doing that since Saturday.I called today asking if there were still doing that and she said “they been done” I said I was there yesterday and she said yes they finished yesterday. Why wouldn’t you call me and let me know so I can come tour?Yesterday she told me they barely had kids so they had them combined with other age groups. Today when I called about the floors, she CLAIMS there’s no longer room for my son because they filled the spots this morning. But said I could still come tour. Why would I do that?Bad business, bad management which usually means the place isn’t being run correctly. And a place is only as good as their management.And she talks like she’s on drugs or something.

We absolutely love the ladies of Handprints Academy. We started dropping our baby Rozzy off, at just 2 months. We weren’t here long, due to a job move, but every single person who works here has such a big heart. I felt comfortable leaving my daughter here every day. I love how they entertain young minds, and start teaching them at such a young age. We will miss the ladies here, but if we ever move back to Dallas, this is where we will bring our daughter. Thank you to Mrs. Heart, Mrs. Maggie, Ms. Erica, all of you ladies have been wonderful.

Our daughter was at Handprints from 2.5-10 months old and we were so sad to move! The staff were always kind, warm, and professional, and we never doubted that our baby girl was well-loved. We appreciated hearing about her day and receiving helpful information from the experienced staff. We miss them and hope you will give your child the chance to be loved and cared for here!

My grandbaby loves it here at handprints on Peavy rd. At first I didn’t think I’d like this daycare but I soon was proved wrong they are an amazing bunch of care providers won’t go no place else but here

I went to see this day care for my kids and the first thing i notice was the colors of the walls and how cheerful it looks and the staff was wonderful, helpful, and have much respect to help each and everyone of those kids one on one. I think this will be the one .
