The staff here is great. Very helpful and quick to get you sorted out. I like that you can pick your wood vs central down the road. My big issue here is the wood was poor quality. I was looking at walnut and maple of various sizes and it was a best of the worst situation. Had to over buy to get enough workable. I've only been here once, maybe will have better options next time.Vs others: The wood at Central (also only been once) was superior but pain in the butt you can't pick it. Woodworld in Richardson is stupid high prices, but good quality.

Fair and honest business. This is my go to for walnut plywood and for walnut, oak, sapele... the works! I've always had great service here and that counts for a lot in my book. They are consistently helpful and get me in and out in a timely fashion. I highly recommend using them for any large panel sanding. I was fighting to get an oak tabletop flat when I remembered I could take it here. For about $40 they ran it through the industrial drum sander and got it flat and beautiful. Absolutely worth it!

Awesome place for specialty hardwood. Bought a live edge board and had it planed and sanded. Great selection and very helpful staff.

This is a phenomenal company! Their wood selection is the best in the Metroplex and renting time on their large machinery makes starting your project much faster.

Went to grab some wood for a project. From prior inquiry phone call to leaving, the customer service was exceptional, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They've won me over as a customer, hands down

Peter was very helpful! They have a good selection including live ends. I picked up some short pieces for art projects and they were priced reasonably. I can't wait to see what they have next time I go!

I’ve literally spent thousands and thousands of dollars here. Been coming weekly depending on my orders. Each time we get told something different. One time we were told to call ahead our wood orders before we come same day. Next we needed to call a business day ahead. I called this morning 8 am and now it’s two business days. This is all in a two weeks span that we are told different policies. I get that you guys are busy, but I’m a consistent customer that spends a lot of money to support my small business.I will gladly take my money elsewhere since we get conflicting information and can’t have reliable quick wood when we need it.Home Depot gets my wood cut for me in 30 minutes so it’s upsetting that something I use to be able to pull up to you guys and get real quick ,is taking ATLEAST two business days is incredibly disappointing.
