Great service, great staff experienced and friendly, that one driver named karem rushed to rescue me and my two daughters when I was stranded on the side of the freeway when my car broke down and traffic was passing by so fast with no regard of our safety that's when karem showed up and was so professional taking the time to calm down my daughter's when he noticed that they were terrified and helped us to get in his super clean truck while he was handling the danger of loading up our vehicle, thank you karem and God bless you and your family , your employer should hire more people just like you five Star for sure wish that able to give 100 stars

I got myself in a tight position and was stuck and couldn't get out with a 18 wheeler ?It was early morning around 2:AM and I started calling tow truck companies all around Dallas and it seemed EVERYONE was still sleeping INCLUDING The "24HR" companies and then Finally I found HBL Towing, agreed to their price and they sent a driver named Antonio who arrived exactly when dispatch said he would..he arrived and got straight down to business, he knew his field of work and performed a excellent job and got us unstuck ??.. I made a rookie mistake and it cost me but if it wasn't for HBL TOWING I'm sure it would have cost me more.... I thank their team for the Great service and top of the line equipment to bail me out ?.
