I lived near this bakery when it opened in Plano in 1994. They used to serve sandwiches for lunch. The best one was cheese and apple slices and nuts and other things and I still want one! Oh, yes, the bread is great.

This is the BEST bread I have ever had!!!! The loaf weighs in at 2 lbs!!- I buy the one with honey and for breakfast...cinnamon, raisins and walnuts. It is the only bread I can eat with absolutely nothing on it!!!

I started eating Heartland bread during the pandemic when my regular bread was out of stock. This bread is amazing! I never stopped buying it. The ingredients are simple and the taste is delicious! I just wish I had tried their bread years ago.
