“Probably one of the best places I've ever unloaded. Receiving is off of Shiloh. Overnight is available limited off of Shiloh against the building in-between doors. Staff was exceptional. FAST unloading.”
“Best places in have loaded at! Do not pull in park on street and walk in. They load you right away, I had a 1pm appointment time and showed up super early at 8am amd they still took me amd loaded me up within 20min”

“I run special events for a spirits company in the Texas market. Shelly at Sigel's has been so great to work with. We have gotten on a first name basis, and whenever I need anything, I either call or email her, and we get it taken care of. She can handle short notice, large orders, or anything special in between. She is incredibly thorough and always keeps track of my receipts so I can process my expenses. She takes such good care of me that I even wrote a letter to her superior to tell him of my experiences with her. I highly recommend her!”

“They received my truck at the north side of the building which faces Denton Dr. The easiest way to back in is face your truck west on Denton Dr and driver side back in, it’s not bad. It did not bend my trailer’s skirts. For those who back into door on Harry Hines which is on the south side, try your best to not climb on the curb or it will mess up your bumper if your bumper is low.”
“My parents had such a wonderful experience at the Costco Vision Center! They needed new glasses, and Ross was the sales representative who helped them throughout the process. He was absolutely phenomenal!
Ross was incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable, and he showed so much patience while helping my parents find exactly what they needed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure they felt comfortable and confident with their choices. That level of care and customer service truly stood out.
My dad has been in the retail business for over 50 years, so great customer service does not go unnoticed by him and he was truly impressed by Ross. That says a lot.

“This is a very professional place, nice people, really friendly, the unload my truck so fast, I checked in a 7:30 am and it was another truck in front of me, they unload the other driver first and then me, I was ready to leave at 8:30am they supposed to open at 8am but the personal start arriving at 7:30am definitely I recommend this place to made delivery's with no problems at all, you can park on the street for over night parking or you can back up in doors if they don't have any trailers in the doors, receiver nock your door to wake you up”

“I purchased the Vet's Best Hot spot shampoo for my dog at one of our local animal stores. I was excited to see a plant based shampoo for my itchy little girl. Being a first time dog mom, I didn't think to look at the ingredients though. Well, 1 hospitalization and another emergency visit later (costing us approximately $1,143), we found out the shampoo and all of it's ingredients can be TOXIC to dogs. I couldn't contact the company via website because it seems to no longer be active.
**UPDATE: I reached their customer service department and spoke with Chelsea. Chelsea took my information and passed it along to the "company's physician." The veterinarian called me back about 4 hours later and we went over all of the symptoms; lethargy, muscle spasms, decreased appetite, and would not drink. I was met with a reply of "that's interesting because we dilute the tea tree oil and have never seen a reaction to such a small dose." The tests my vet ran all indicated she was experiencing symptoms that correlate with Tea Tree Oil Toxicity as well as some sort of infection. She was given meds to treat both and she is home, curled up on my lap. The veterinarian, "Dr. Brown," encouraged me to give his number to my vet so they can go over specifics of the case (which I did). I really do hope there is follow up on this because I wouldn't want my worst enemy to experience watching their dog be in as much pain and suffering as my dog is in right now.
***UPDATE #2: Dr. Brown and my veterinarian spoke. Based on the test results and the fact the company's product test came back with normal levels of tea tree oil, we can only conclude that my fur baby is hypersensitive to essential oils and I will need to discontinue use of anything with essential oils that have any chance of being harmful to dogs. I do want to thank the company for all of the follow up and for having a sincere concern for my fur baby!!”
“Had a client that needed some tires today and made a trip to ALFA Tires & Hubcaps. This is the best place to go when your clients need tires in my opinion. They always have the tires I need in stock when I call and they give me an option to pay in cash or check and the prices are very good. The customer service is always good. Highly recommend.

“I have been getting our dog's medications from Chewy for a number of years. The medication always arrived in a timely fashion, and I was always pleased with the service. This past summer, I had to have our terrier euthanized because she was old and had lost control of her bodily functions and had difficulty with one of her back legs. This required her to be helped up and down, as well as carried out to the bathroom in the night when needed. It became obvious that the hip / leg was giving her a lot of discomfort, so I made the decision that it was time to love her enough to let her go. So I made that heartbreaking decision, and let her go join some of our other pets across that rainbow bridge. Chewy reached out to me to ask if I needed them to contact my bet for another prescription because Tiny's had expired. So I shared that Tiny was no longer with me, and I wouldn't need any medication at this time.
To my surprise, I got a notification that a florist was delivering flowers to my home. I could not figure out who was sending me flowers since I do not have a special someone in my life at this time. The flowers were from CHEWY! Talk about a surprise, I was. And it definitely brightened my day. It was such a thoughtful gesture. When I get my next pet, I will definitely do business again.”
“I send my watch for a battery replacement and few stones replaced and they did a great job. The waiting time is a bit longer than I expected but I have other watches so the wait was ok. Got my watch back and looks great and I'm super happy that it got fix. Now I can wear my favorite watch. Is an older watch but I love this one, been with me tru many adventures! Thank you for doing a great job and going an extra mile to do the job that I forgot to add!”
“When I tell yall I had one of the best experiences I've had n a while folks at this place. I was first greeted by my guy Mr. Jason with such an amazing spirit and kindness until it was funny. Then I encountered his supervisor who was twice as nice & friendly. She was a super cool black lady & I didnt get her name but he knows who I'm talking. I've been thru a tough time the last 2days folks & they made my day better n every way. Yesterday my daughter gave birth to Twin girls & 1 of them passed away, I had a blowout on my trailer coming to this place 2 deliver today. So I've been a emotional wreck folks with my share of hurt, pain, sadness & not being there with my 30 year old daughter during this traumatic time n her life as this. She's her daddy girl folks. And on top of that I've had a total knee replacement and catching hell walking as I recover. Mr. Jason saw me n distress & talked with me as a human being & not as a Trucker & even said he'd keep me & my family n his prayers. That made me break down crying like a baby. I'm forever grateful to God almighty for allowing me 2 encounter such people as Jason & the black supervisor lady who were so, so nice, sweet, kind & caring about what I'm going through. I felt their sincere, authentic care & concern 4me folks & I love them 4that. Thx guys for helping me feel better & encouraged me to stay strong. That meant the world 2me.. god bless yall, the entire staff & yall family. Big Dave the Trucker said all that.. sho nuff”

“Great place to delivery, front desk lady is really nice, in and out, I will say id FCFS, but if they are busy they might force appointment, use the call box at the gate, office for deliveries is on the left side as soon as you pass the gate, you will see the sign, if you are picking up, you got to drive around the building to door 38, don't stop at that first office, you will be wasting time, just keep going.”
“My first time going to this place, got turned around a couple times, but eventually found out where to get unloaded. You have to turn right on the street next to the address building and the dock doors are at the back of building. Check in was good, waited about 3hrs to get into a door, quick unloaded and there is overnight parking.”

“This is my first time to visit COSTCO Business Center in Dallas, TX. It is not really impressive but items are different compared to local regular warehouse. It is too bad that I do not see a sanck bar for the HOT DOG and drink? Anyhow, I enjoyed shopping here. Area does not looks safe to park a long time? Only reason I visited here, it is so closest to my Doctor's medical center.”
