Just did a pickup terrible experience never had to deal with such b.s... I do not know why they have that guy at the dock he said he needed both our IDs for pickup and when I told him no he got upset and started murmuring vulgar words under his tongue...i can help but feel that we were being targeted by this individual. So let me get this straight I go to pickup our merchandise we purchased and have to put up with this lack of professionalism .....do better heritage.

Friendly staff and overnight parking. Just back up to an empty door if you arrive after hours. There's no porta-potties so do whatchu gotta do. Hotels and restaurants nearby but not necessarily in walking distance.

Hate to post such a negative review but I am not sure how else to get a response. I submitted request for a valuation for an item I was interested in putting to auction. I submitted this end of December and have reached out numerous time via both phone and email over the last four months and never got a response. I’m sure this is a great auction company as others have said but I can’t get a response from anyone. Very disappointing.

Excellent Auctions.
You should have more internet auctions rather then live floor auctions. I'm not fond of your pre-auction bidding.I have been ahead in pre -auction bidding only to have to bid again when the auction switches to your floor auction and goes on for hours.Maybe end an Internet auction at a certain time and if no one bids on an item in that time frame you would win the auction.
Other then that Heritage has the best quality products. Thanks.
