Was looking for a finali which sits at the top of my mother's grandfather clock that was lost when she moved. Had been looking for over a year with out any luck. The people here are so nice and told me to come by because they had various ones. Not only did they have one that matched they painted it for me and it matches perfectly. My mother was so happy. I highly recommend Heritage House.

Recently took my mother’s cuckoo clock in for repair. Val quickly made the repairs including providing a missing decorative piece we did not realize had been lost.Then when tried to pay he told us no charge. I said he used his expertise and his reply was it was a simple things for him.Excellent service. Truly professional customer service. We have been sharing this experience with many people over the past week. Thank you Val.

This place is cute. They have clocks from all around the world. Plus they have other gifts and gadgets for every person. My favorite thing is that they sell Maison Berger lamps and oil. Great place. Nice people Family owned.

I inherited my grandfather's German ship's bell clock. It stopped working, so I brought it to Heritage House for repair. The repair was not quick, nor was it cheap, but it was excellent. If having your clock repair done right matters, this is the place.

5 Star Service- I purchased a used grandfather clock and had Heritage House Clocks pickup the clock and deliver it to my home. Victor delivered the clock, set it up and explained the inner workings. He really knew his stuff. I thank him for the great work and conversation we had. I highly recommend this company for all your clock needs.

I have a grandfather clock that got damaged when a contractor moved it while installing new flooring. I couldn't find anyone local to repair it, so I called Heritage House. They gave me a quote over the phone and said it would be no problem servicing the clock at my rural address. Victor from Heritage House showed up and had my clock running great again in no time at all. He was very helpful, he showed me how to make time adjustments on the clock. He only charged me for a service call, which was very affordable. Nice people.

Outstanding selection! This is one of the few places in the country to offer such special pieces, and they provide the most expert service. I have seen most clock stores in the USA, and this is in the top 5.

I needed a music box repaired, so I took it here. The owner fixed it while I waited and the price was very reasonable. While I was waiting I got a chance to walk around and look at all the beautiful clocks, music boxes and other wonderful things. If your looking for a gorgeous grandfather clock, or mantel, or wall clock and basically clocks of all shapes and sizes, this is the place to go. They have many other types of beautiful gift ideas, as well. It is a magnificent place.

This store is very lack luster. To the good, the selection is off the charts. A lot of reproductions though or modern items that you have to be careful not to buy.In short, great selection but everything is about double it’s real value. For example, if the same clock sells for $30 on eBay, they will have it for around $60. So that’s why I suggest you definitely only buy the old stuff that isn’t reproduction.Ok service but just a bit high prices
