I love this store! Everyone in this store is nice and treat their customers like royalty.. My SA Larissa is phenomenal. She is very nice, genuine and always go above and beyond.. I have been to multiple Hermes stores in the US and this location is the best that I have ever been to..

Love the brand, - Hermes is one of the last quality luxury brands in the world! - love Hermes Dallas, and of course, our sales specialist. Larissa is kind, authentic, and she makes things happen! She makes great suggestions, and helps us find the items we are looking for. We love everything we have gotten from Hermes. ❤️

When I asked about a bag I saw someone else was purchasing, which is one of their basics, I got a straight no, without any hesitation or asking whether I wanted any other bag. Obviously, this location could not get bothered to know me. It just killed your moods. Why I want to spend money and get maltreated? If the inventory is so low in Dallas, why bother to spend your money here if you can shop online or visit other location?

Hermes: a symphony of eye-watering prices conducted by maestros of snoot. Bags? Empty shelves, like promises they'll never fulfill. Staff? Glacial stares that freeze wallets faster than Antarctica. For the cost of a Birkin, I could build a Birkin-shaped mansion, stocked with actual Birkins made by robots programmed with smiles. My credit card weeps, my dignity trampled by their velvet footrests. Avoid this gilded cage, unless you enjoy overpaying for frostbite and disappointment

I have tried to love this location, yet each time we visit, it's a disappointment in service and inventory. My husband has purchased many items from Hermes in Honolulu, San Francisco & NYC, always a positive experience. The most recent visit to the Dallas location was probably our last. I was wearing several Hermes pieces and asked for the SA (who I text earlier to ask if she would be available) as she told me we need to "get to know each other" when we met. I waited close to an hour, including the 30min after she had finalized w/ the prior client. My husband noted that she is the worst Hermes SA he has ever encountered (including the other Hermes, Chanel, & LV boutiques he purchases from.)He visited the Hermes NYC (Madison Ave) location today, and had a fantastic experience, purchasing several items as a result.

I have a love hate shopping relationship with this shopping center. There is never enough parking, the little aisles are so tight with tiny parking spots if you do find one. However, I love the area. It's so pretty and scenic. It feels like you are shopping in another country or world over here. But the reason why I hate the shopping center and therefore I'm giving Hermes only 4 stars is for the difficulty of shopping with them. So the state the obvious, if you are going to the store, you have money to buy things. However, somehow, they judge you on a relationship with a sales person that you can't really develop because they don't really let you shop here. My friend bought me some travel Perfume one of my favorites but she bought the mixture and I want it more of the same scent so I went in and exchanged it. I did have to make an appointment. Then I decided I wanted mini Evelyn bag and I couldn't just call up and get a sales person. I had to have worked with one before. So they gave me the lady I had when I did the exchange for the perfume. She told me that none of the bags nor the blanket I wanted were in stock. She said she would call if something came in, but I never heard from her. So fast forward to this Christmas, I wanted to come in and get a gift. I also wanted to check to see if they had any bags that I was interested in. Well, I don't know what they have here in the store. I have only ever been where the perfume and the scarves are located. I have never seen one shoe, not one purse and I find it hard to believe that every single purse in the whole building is sold out. You mean to tell me that there is absolutely nothing upstairs and there are no shoes in this place? So if you could see me now I have a side eye thinking like that is just really not possible. So with my love-hate relationship for Preston shops, I would rather shop at Hermes in other countries or places than the Dallas one. While the sales person I had was very nice, she didn't try to sell me anything else. I am a sales person and if I have someone who has even entered the store and is interested in buying things.... Especially if they asked me about bags, I would show them at least the ones that we have. Maybe they might just be interested in selling the bags to the few clients that they sell everything to every day. I'm not sure this is a viable sales strategy but if it's working for them I guess... So I prefer just to walk into a regular Hermes store somewhere elsewhere. I actually get someone who wants to sell you something. I have bought things online and that has worked out beautifully because I really don't like dealing with people especially if they're going to be like this. I would love to apply for a job here so I could see if they train you to be snobby as part of the requirement. but then if I worked here, I wouldn't make enough money to buy anything in this store. There in lies the issue. So sadly, I must give this four stars because I did have a good experience with the sales people I have worked with, but I have not seen most of the store, in the few times I have visited this one. I want to buy something I want to figure out I like something that I didn't expect to like. Anyway, I'm not sure I'm ever going to get the call for the bags that I would like, so I will continue to visit other stores not in Dallas. 4 stars because I liked the sales people I've worked with but I want to give 2 stars for their overall sales process or strategy.

First time Hermès shopping in person and Heather was everything but delightful. We walked in to inquire about the Hermès Garden Party purse and she made us feel like she was talking down to us the entire time. Terrible luxury shopping experience for a first time buyer.

A glorious place to shop and celebrate all things handmade and not China made.This brand is the only brand that supports artisans and artists. It takes art that you can live with and wear. Shop here if it's only for gift cards. And shop like it matters because HERMES is amazing and so is the staff. Be treated like a king or queen that you are!

Larissa offered exceptional customer service for which we are grateful. If you need timeless classics and investment pieces, this brand is your go to. Located in an upscale shopping mall, the staff who served me, Jacquelyn, was super nice and helpful. Despite my many requests to see different sizes of the belt and also measurements of the belts in various combinations, she willingly obliged and also provided good suggestions and recommendations. Really enjoyed shopping here and would definitely recommend you look for Jacquelyn when you shop here. She even took a little time off her lunch hour to serve me which I feel very grateful for. Kudos to great customer service! Will return if I am in town again.

I have been so fortunate to travel and shop at many Hermes boutiques in the world but working with Larissa in the Dallas boutique, I knew immediately she was the BEST. She took my husband and I from room to room, showed us the best of everything, treated my family like special guests with exceptional attention, guidance and inspiration, and a lot of laughter. We never felt rushed or pressured. We enjoyed our time trying the beautiful clothes and shoes and wanting it all. She wrapped up all of our packages with gorgeous bows and ribbons and furthermore, I absolutely LOVE everything I bought for myself and for presents as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Larissa worked so hard but with passion, enthusiasm and a heart of gold. She was also wonderful in pre-booking our appointment for the busy Saturday afternoon and was patient with all of my text questions and requests prior to visiting. I have shopped in so many Hermes boutiques around the world and I have never experienced such high personal attentive service in any of the other stores. Larissa is exceptional and I feel so lucky to have met and now work with her. I'm already looking forward to returning to Dallas (ofc to visit our son and Larissa!) and truly, grateful for having such a great shopping experience. p.s. excellent selection of twillys, scarves, home furnishings and shoes!!
